I decided to binge watch this entire series and couldn't get that VA's voice out of my head. Hell, they even had Kita wearing a maid outfit in the show in 2 episodes so I'm guessing 1 of the animators plays BA and they wanted to have that association trope where she is just a redhead Asuna.
Kita DOES get flustered at times like when Nijika recognized her as the "runaway guitarist", and when she realized she bought a six-string bass instead of a guitar. We pretty much never see Asuna like that.
