If anyone wants to study various female character personalities, there's a Chinese drama I recommend called "Miss the Dragon." One of the female leads gets reincarnated a number of times, but while each incarnation has a different personality, they all remain a kind, loyal, and filial girl who enjoys roasted chestnuts.

First of all, YAY, I get a mention. Now with my ego boost out of the way, let's get to what I really came here to comment on. Raya's personality feels more cheeky than adorkable. Her "adorkableness" is few and far between and they really only happen when she is 12. She also doesn't crack jokes every 5 seconds and when she does joke it feels more natural. Vanellope's personality feels more like Toph from Avatar: The Last Airbender.
Anna: Her personality is great and it makes sense to a certain extent. I think her adorkable personality should be more of a cover for her depression and loneliness and then maybe as the movie goes on her adorkableness slowly starts to disappear. Anna would tell Elsa how she feels because of the way their relationship feels strained, how she always felt isolated, and Elsa can tell her she also felt isolated. I love the idea of her being a book worm and her reading strictly romance novels. As you said, it would not only be more satisfying for her Kristoff to be in a relationship but also more satisfying when she punches Hans. Oh, and Anna looks enough like her own character that she only slightly resembles Rapunzel.
Honey Lemon: For her personality I don't really have much to say on her since I am not that familiar with her but given what I have seen and read about her, I think she would be more serious since she seems to be very focused on her studies. So, to me she would be like a Belle type character and as far as her design goes, I think it should be more like her original comic book counterpart. It would be unique, and they would have something to reference.
Moana: I love the Polynesian representation; I love her design but her adorkablity doesn't work. She is not isolated like Rapunzal or Anna, she is not a side character like Honey Lemon, she's not a black sheep like Mirabel, and aside from her dad she has a supportive family. I would have made her disobedient and mischievous like Ariel but cheeky like Pocahontas. She is after all next in line to be the Chief of her tribe. I would make it so her relationship with her dad parallels Triton's and Ariel's and then by the end they come to an understanding.
Mirabel: I agree she should be timid, but still trying hard to be a people pleaser. She would have sassy moments but then back down immediately. Her mom would tell Isabella and Abela to be nicer to Mirabel. Another thing we could do with Mirabel's personality is make her in tune with people's feelings and maybe even get the cousin's perspectives.
Asha: My Disney Look alike! My favorite design disappoints me the most. To me, I picture her as a rebellious book type like Belle and rebellious like Esmerelda. I picture her being a combo of Barley and Ian from Onward (Only not so comedic). She has magical abilities like Ian but studies and pretty much knows the History of her town like Barley does. I also like the idea of her being a jaded character and that Starboy would be silly. Their relationship would be similar to Peter Pan and Jane from Return to Neverland. Well, if Peter and Jane were in a proper relationship. Wish had so many different angles to explore with Asha but they just copy pasted Rapunzel's personality, turned up the adorkability to a 1,000, and they went "Yeap that character is perfect!"

Good video. I agree with most of what you said and I like the different personalities you gave them. I am surprised you listed Moana considering how you liked her when the movie first came out.

Thank you! Yeah, I recently rewatched the movie with my fiancée and Moana's adorkable and quirky behavior just felt so shoehorned into her character and didn't fit with her character or her journey. Besides, I used to force myself to love her and her movie more than did due to the fact that she had qualities I loved like her wanting more out of life and loving the ocean. However, I always felt something was missing with her and I just realized watching it that the issue was how inorganic her adorkable personality felt.

Charlie from Hazbin Hotel was the best adorkable princess in years.
