You need to get a small drill and go through the nail be careful but as soon as you see a little bit of blood the relief is great

Ouch, your finger!! Have you thought about sterilising a hot pin and poking it through the nail? it releases the pressure and helps the pain out :)

The blood builds up pressure under the nail and causes pain so best to release it… Rather than trying to get the pin through the nail itself slide it through the soft skin under the nail and down into the blood pocket so blood can get out and release the pressure. Reward yourself with a 🍻
