      Just set it to 120 degrees Celsius, just so it’s warm maybe for 5mins and quickly switch it off then you let you dough proof in there.

    How much heat is needed in the oven for that particular hour please 🙏 help

      Set it to about 120 degrees Celsius for about 5 mins just until the oven is warm then switch it off and put your dough in there for the hour or less just keep checking it.
