Learned its possible if you are gluten sensitive/got celiac/or silent celiac..so it could be/or some of it:( ..but I try to avoid gluten more,and more just to see/feel what impact's it might have??

Oh nooooo. I have a rare auto immune disease called Morphea. Im just getting to a point where I'm slowly shedding more hair than usual I'm hoping Its from not having a hair cut in 10 years so yeah split ends will split your hair off I suppose. But I tell ya I cannot go bald she had me w the brittle nails.

@@name-hu1kc Oh noooo, I'm so sorry, yeah I heard it can be anywhere. I have it on the side of my left breasts and it's eaten lots of my fatty tissue, I have it on my stomach and upper back. So far I'm learning it eats until your body is deformed. My docs are saying uv light sessions or pills, the pills are suppose to help suppress it from eating but also carry high side effects, I've been educating myself on mono threading and reversing damage of morphea. What a nightmare . I hope we both come out on top from this.

Taking prenatal, probiotics,and fish oil is a safe option for most I think..its hard when you get many conflicting advice..
