Thanks, very interesting. Shareholders consider this policy of debt reduction (much more aggressive if possible) and share repurchase appropriate, before thinking about growing inorganically.

Nolan, if I remember correctly you said share buy backs would not happen until the debt was $350 million or lower. I am assuming the debt is at or below the $350 million. Please advise and Thank You!
