Greenstone Gold Mine

The Greenstone Gold Mine is located in Northern Ontario, Canada approximately 275km from the city of Thunder Bay. Once in production, Greenstone will be one of the largest open-pit gold mines in Canada, and be a significant contributor to Sandstorm's annual gold equivalent production.

Sandstorm holds a gold stream on the Greenstone project pursuant to an agreement with an affiliate of Orion Mine Finance, who holds a 40% interest in the Greenstone project. Under the terms of the gold stream, Sandstorm is entitled to purchase from Orion 2.375% of the gold produced at the project (calculated on a 100% basis but payable from Orion’s 40% interest) until 120,333 ounces are delivered, then 1.583% of gold produced thereafter. Sandstorm will make ongoing payments to Orion equal to 20% of the spot price of gold per ounce plus an additional payment of up to $30 per ounce in ESG contributions. Perhaps 15 to 20 million in Greenstone royalties first full year production @ $2,000 USD gold. Maybe even as much as 23 million @ $2,500 USD gold. Ither way that's an increase in total revenue by over 10% easy. I added shares at sub $4.
