So Multiverse of Madness, while it's true that Dr. Strange wasn't happy, it's untrue that he didn't grow as a character or learn the lesson he'd need to ultimately get Christine back (or move on from her). It's not even that subtle that he needs to learn to not be the one in charge/control of everything all the time. And we see him learn this lesson when, instead of urging America Chavez to give her power to him, he encourages her to gain control of it. He also bows to Wong at the end, something he (somewhat jokingly) refused to do at the beginning. He's on a better path to find happiness. Also, it's not like every multiverse story needs to end with a character finding or returning home. Other than that, pretty good video.
It's one of mine, too. It lays a lot of important thematic groundwork, and it's a standout in a movie that I find otherwise pretty bland both in terms of visuals and story.
I always love to see smaller content creators videos! This was honestly a great video and I like how you talk about needs vs wants and needing to het home. I will say however that the music was a bit loud and jarring at points. and the Call of Duty reference took me out of this video. Overall very good, keep up the great work!
This was a great video. You have correctly pointed out my dislike of Dr Strange 2. If it'd been Scarlet Witch from the beginning with Dr Strange as her antagonist--it could have been a more enjoyable film. With the necessary tweaks. Otherwise it's an emotional journey of one character who doesn't have lead billing (but really should have) that another character just comments on.
This video resonates with me on a deep level due to how well your thoughts are expressed and because I’m currently going through a separation. Thank you for this..
This video was actually interesting to listen to, despite music sometimes being a bit loud for my likes. Keep it up, eventually you gonna get better at it, looking forward to seeing your videos.
I need to watch these things. The only one I've seen is strange, multiverse of madness. I didn't like it. One of the easiest lessons to learn as a writer is to consume bad stories. You learn what not to do and hope that you can implement these lessons into your own writing. I don't want my writing, multiversal or not, to be an amusement ride. I want it to be something new, something bizarre, something profound. I'm just starting out, so maybe profound is beyond me, but hopefully I can manage the other two.
This is 100 percent true. There is just as much to be gained by checking out writing that doesn't work as there is by studying writing that does work. If you ever peep some of these flicks, be sure to let me know what you think!
Get an eyepatch.
What did Mecharnie_Dobbs mean by this???

That scene in dr strange where she talks about life is one of my favorite scenes in the mcu

You need a better thumbnail and lower the music a bit

Sorry to hear about the separation, my friend. I'm glad you liked the video- best wishes to you.
I feel bad because your ruminations are very smart but I was too busy looking at your Stephen King collection 😅
