    You are absolutely frickin right. I went to a PT for my sciatica problem and of course i left with a handful of exercises. And of course i diligently followed to a tee.......and 5 months later, worse symptoms than when i started. After some time i realized it was the exercises that were aggravating not only my sciatic nerve but my piriformis muscle as well. I stopped doing them, went to my chiropractor for adjustments and body balancing. I started to see improvements after that. You just explained why!!

    HI, I have had sciatica for the last 5 months. I had a hydrodissection done on May 17th and a steriod injection done 2 weeks ago. My numbness in my foot is getting better and my sciatic nerve does not hurt as much as it did when I first started, so do you think that I am slowly healing? Thank you

    Is trying to walk a short while each day very beneficial when suffering with sciatica?

    • @SciaticaReliefNow
      @SciaticaReliefNow  3 місяці тому

      The RIGHT movements and motions are lotion for our bodies. IF it is not painful, then yes, walk as you can.. do not push through pain...

    I want to maximize my recovery so here I am initially with bilateral siatica. Worse on the left . After injections and 3 weeks of PT. Religiously. It switched now very little pain on the left and much worse on the right. So much so walking is a pain increasing pain
