Every PT who has patients with back pain and pain down the leg MUST rule out SI joint dysfunction first and foremost. Upslip , outflare and sacral shear / torsion are the most common causes of these symptoms. Fix these and your patients will feel better
@@dg9015 aligning the pelvic ring via glut , hamstring strengthening and hip flexor/ quad flexibility training. Then addressing movement imbalances which contributed to poor positions.

Not everything is SIJ, SIJ doesn't even come to mind at first but last because it's diagnosed by exclusion 🙂
