You need to determine the volume of the mold first (or.. if you have wood in it, what the volume left/open space is) To do this you multiply the LxWxH in inches. The you end up with cubic inches. Then to convert to cubic inches to fluid oz, multiply by 0.554 That’s the total amount of resin If you are using a 3 to 1 epoxy, that’s 4 parts total. So take the total fluid oz, divide by 4. That’s how much of the 1 part ratio you need. Then multiply by 3, that’s how much of the 3 part you need.
There are many mold release sprays on the market. However, the one that we, and our customers, have had the most success with is the MG Chemicals 8329 Non-Silicone Epoxy Mold Release Spray. It is readily available on Amazon.com and Amazon.ca Smooth On also makes a quality line of mold release sprays that can be purchased from them directly, or via Amazon, including the "Smooth On Universal Mold Release" and "Smooth On Ease Release™ 200".
I might have missed it in the video and I couldn’t find it on the website, about how many uses would a silicone mold get (roughly since people are people and can destroy anything at anytime)
If a mold release is used (we insist on this), then you can get 20-30 pours from a silicone mold when using epoxy resin, many more when using a urethane resin.
We are working on a 36x18, there will also be larger round ones coming out. However, we wont do any molds past 48" as they are just too costly to make, not economical to ship, etc. The tooling costs would be $$$ as well. The big format molds are best made with HDPE, one off/custom.

Then we did our job! Thank you so much
I was looking for a sphere hallow 24 inch molds . Where can someone find something like that

What kind of epoxy would you guys recommend for the 15×2 mold
love this! so many good videos!
Hello I will like to ask a question the biggest mold you have there do you have one made like a clothes barrel that is the size i need
Im sorry, nothing that size. You can check all molds here: craftedelements.com/
Great product. Just got my 3rd mold.
Right on! Love to hear from existing customers.
How can I brought these ?v
What’s the size of the huge one?
Either 36x18 or 36x24
I want to make a mold for a 6” × 78” ×76” acrylic (or some more appropriate substance).
Is there anyone with whom I can discuss this?
We do not make custom molds, but there are youtube videos on mold making (not on our channel). Likely best to start there.
Do you know how much epoxy your 42.5x20.5 rectangle mold takes?
724oz / 21415ml
How do I figure out how much epoxy to use? Example coasters?

What size is the largest mold on the table?
This is a pretty old video, but that mold If I recall is 29x22". We no longer offer it.
Currently have 2 of them. 😊
We definitely appreciate that Kandie!
When are you planning on have them available again?
Silicone will be January 18, more formed polyethylene will be in about a week.
Onde comprar
When will the HDPE forms be back in stock?
We have 20x16 and 29x23 in stock now. 16x12 very soon.
You used a silicone spray before pouring the resin in, can you share a link to the spray please. Sold on your molds!

What does HDPE do?
What does it do? Its just a different type of mold material. Its a hard plastic, not a flexible rubber like a silicone mold would be
