- A ton of hype has surrounded Horn Barbecue even before it opened and I personally think it's one of (if not the best?) BBQ spot in the Bay Area. Prove me wrong! Hey everyone! My name is Kevin. I'm a husband, father, pastor and a growing BBQ enthusiast that loves the food and the gear that comes with making good eats. I started this channel to share my love for BBQ and to be a resource for new and upcoming backyard cooks so we can all have more fun and cook better food together.
Thanks for the video. Do you have any other recommendations for BBQ joints in the bay? I live in the east bay and good spots are slim. Maybe the best one near me is Slow Hand.
I'll have to try Slow Hand. Never heard of it. And no unfortunately I do not have any other recommendations. Folks will bring up some spots here and there, but the best BBQ I've had to date is still the stuff I've smoked up in our backyard.
I’ve been meaning to visit this place, but was waiting for COVID restrictions to lift. I will definitely make it out to Oakland soon!
Definitely worth the visit. The outdoor seating is a plus too.
Think I'm gonna get the direct flight to OAK instead of the BOS one and try HornBBQ!
