- let’s talk over my video we released today and lets talk about a few folks who gave me shoutouts on their videos! We also talked about carnitas, all of my rib cooks, supporting the bbq community, gave advice to up and coming content creators and then got goofy and showed off my lighting setup.

Hey Sal! Hey brother, I really appreciate you shouting me out on your channel. Much respect to you and what you do. I’m definitely going to try those Italian dressing marinated ribs. I cannot believe I went to all that trouble of getting everything ready and didn’t have the dressing. That is usually the way it goes at my house.
Haha. Happens all the time. Just the other day I was going to make quesadillas and guess who didn’t have flour tortillas? lol
Thanks for including me in your show. I have a lot of respect for what you do, and I think the integrity you demonstrate in you videos, is what I respect most. I am sure we can work on a project together. You have like 10 rib videos already, but I think we can do better. I'm near the Gulf Coast if you are ever this way. @SJCOOKS I was thinking I would use a recipe of yours in my next video. That will be slow cook to demo a new product, but if you have a recipe for the WSM22 I can do that and link it back to one of your videos, along with a shout-out. If that works.
