Thanks Aj❤ folks we must remember that the greatest battles in life are fought in the field of our mind's. Personaly iam dealing with low self esteem.Every time when I wanna start something significant for my life i always feel like iam not in a better or stronger position to do that currently and often time I will procrastinate that😩 adding more work or bieng regretfull later on.

I battled with low self esteem for almost all of my child years mainly because of the culture around me, my weight and the legalism i lived in....
After some time in my family's weekly bible study I was filled with knowledge and the desire to know more and came to the conclusion: "Self awareness is the best quality one can have".
In some sense i was right but I wasnt mature enough to understand that that was the reason why I was miserable and cynical.
My relationship with God and maturing helped me out and also my family time with the bible.
If people now would know how shy I was, they would never believe me.
I'm a completely different and better person.....
I thank God for where I am and wish for all who suffer from the same thing to be helped.
