i found my dad on fathers day in his room passed away. i can finally understand what u went thru . I feel the pain like no other and it was just me and my pops and my son nobody else i am lost in life at the moment but i decided to get back on youtube to get my mind off of things and i seen this video. i can only try to be as strong as u brother for my lil one never give up because u encouraged me during this f'd up time in my life. much love!

I'm really proud of you for making this effort. It is not easy. Having the job you have definitely helps. I worked at UPS in a warehouse for a few months one time, and I lost like 10-15 lbs (and I'm a skinny guy to begin with).
My advice would be to exercise as much self-discipline as possible when it comes to food. I realize I'm not in the same situation as you, but I also watch my food, because I don't get any exercise outside of my work. My job is fairly physical, so that counts as exercise, but it's not enough to counteract the effects if I were to just eat to my heart's content. So, I stock my fridge with good stuff. I eat a lot of eggs, a lot of yogurt, milk, applesauce, fruit, fish, etc. Don't even buy food that's going to work against you.
