Yup even know the cop did stop for only few seconds then went he didn't wait long enough. Also looks like he turn his lights off after turning or they auto turn off when get hit.

She doesn’t have “every right to be mad.” She has no right to be mad. She attempted to break the law but that doesn’t give the truck the right to stop her either.

Sorry dad, you're wrong on this. I'm a professional trained driver and have a class A and passenger endorsement. Law enforcement has to follow the same laws everyone else does. Before turning, the police must make sure the intersection is clear. The cop did not give fair/advanced/continuous warning that they was an emergency or that vehicles need to yield. There are different sounds used in conjunction with flashing lights, and when going through intersections, emergency vehicles must show down enough to react in order to avoid disaster, which was not done. The officer did not scan the intersection properly to determine if it was safe to turn. The black car wasn't breaking any laws just by driving. Under normal circumstances, the black car is in the right. This isn't a normal circumstance, but it's still in the right because the officer did not act in accordance to protocol.
Unpopular Popular Opinion it was the black cars fault because sirens and lights that’s why emergency vehicles have them and the green car to as well because he was past the line

the cop car did make very sudden turn and didn't have loud sirens on... you can hear the crash sound but not the siren so its cop cars fault for not being "visible" enough... but at the same time the black car doesn't even break... going into street crossing... you should always be expecting something unexpected and ready to stop your vehicle... so they are both at fault...
Agree with the top comment. As a former auto adjuster, the law states that the person going straight has the right of way. Police are not immune to laws.

This is one of my favorite channels. It's so cool that you and your dad do this together, and have such a great relationship. Love you guys ❤. Also intersections have a flashing white light, indicating the presence of emergency vehicles. So if it was flashing and he blew through the intersection, the black car is at fault. If there was no flashing light, the black car is not at fault. But I've never seen a four way busy intersection... that didn't have one.

Legally the black car had the right away. The officer wasn’t in an emergency or his sirens would have been on the whole time. I’d bet dollars to dimes the cop lost the suit. Not only did he not have the right away but they aren’t allowed to use the siren and lights to get the advantage at a light

Today was the scariest day of my life I was driving to baseball practice and a crash just happend so my dad had to slam on the brakes and I could here the tires squeal and to avoid hitting the car in front us we had to pull off the side of the road then get back on the interstate I was in shock for a few mins but hopefully everyone in the crash was ok it didn’t look that bad and I am only 8 and just happy a did not get into my first car accident so I am thankful Jesus was with us and helped us not crash and I hope he made everyone ok envovled in the crash

Police officer still needs to proceed with caution despite having his lights on. My neighbor got t-boned by a police car that went through a red light chasing after a suspect and the city ended up having to pay for all the damages to him and his car.

Taylor Jeter both are at fault but in that situation mostly the black car he made no attempt to brake so was clearly not paying attention to the road at all now if he slammed on his breaks and still slid into the cop it would still be partially his fault but the cop also should’ve used his horn more and proceeded through the intersection with more caution

The cop was wrong, he should of waited to see if there were more cars coming because he’s the one running the red left turn
Incorrect the cop had his lights on and hit his siren meaning he was responding to a call. So the black car is at fault

The cop was in the wrong. Cops have to be cautious even if their lights are on. My uncle was a cop and he would of been fired if he did that. Their was no way the black car could of seen the cop car. cop in the wrong, usually when you approach an intersection where you turn, you wait a second, with your sirens blaring then when you see the cars are stopping you go, but he flew by, therefore not the black cars fault.

Was not the black cars fault. Not only was he on the outside lane clearly there are vehicles blocking the cops left turn lane for him to have to take the outside
Not only that the black car had 3 vehicles in the left lane. Blocking his view of the traffic on the opposite direction. We don’t know what level their stereo is at. And they aren’t looking for the right lane to be making a left turn when the left lane has cars in it.... the cop was in the wrong he should have proceeded through that intersection with caution! Also watch carefully cop just flicked on his lights and shut them off.

Aqua - DBZ & More u don’t need to be a marine to be a seal. You can join right in with a seal contract or you can volunteer when you’re in navy training. It helps if you had prior service though. He said his aunt was in the strike team it’s different from the seals. They do work together. But I’m pretty sure they wouldn’t let a civilian just go into a base and shoot weapons.

The police car was wrong because he was in the right most lane which is a right ONLY lane at the 3 -way intersection and then cut left into oncoming traffic. He should have switched lanes WAYYYY before attempting this or proceeded much slower considering the amount of traffic, they think the lights make them invincible but it doesn't.
Um actually if you watch the end of the clip you will see that the turning lane (left most lane) was backed up. And your right the light don't make them invisible but if you hear a siren you are supposed to stop/slow down. The cop did what they were taught to do which is hit the siren and proceed through the intersection. So actually the black car is at fault.
@@calebwildes1524 The lane is backed up and he has the right to go through the intersection with his lights on but not that recklessly. That was uncalled for and out of nowhere. He could have killed somebody. They are supposed to drive by a general thought, which is: "Would a school bus be able to stop in time if I do this?" The answer is no. I'm so tired of police whining about this stuff, you take an oath and you HONOR it. Everybody else's life comes before theirs. At least that's my thought on deployment. Maybe we should replace the police with Marines?

And so you say your life comes before a cops life. I disagree there life is worth the same amount as yours the only difference is they have the balls to protect the people that cant protect themselves. And cops do what they have to do to get home to there family even if that means taking a life. Cops dont want to do that but some people dont understand the meaning of stop fighting or put the weapon down. Cops are there to protect life not take it and most if not all cops feel bad when they have to take life.
