I loved chicken little as a kid and still do! A school I was at for the final days of the school year, a teacher asked if anyone wanted to we could bring in a moive we liked to share and we could watch it on the final day of school. I brought it in, but never heard back so i got worried that it wouldn't happen and they lost my dvd of it. (Which i worked really hard to get btw) But low and behold, on the last day of school or so we where ALL called in for a surpirse assembly. No one knew what was happening. We got in and they were setting up a moive! I got so excited and curious. Turns out they loved the film so much too, they decided to call out the WHOLE school to watch it. I was sooooo happy to have made sooo many other people happy. Even if they never knew it was me. I loved it every time any of the other kids laughed especially the big kids. (I had overheard some of them saying this would be dumb, but they ended up loving it!) I felt like Chicken Little in that moment. (Especially since i got the movie by finally doing well in a baseball game. It was a reward from my mom) One of my favorite memories 😊
Now that i think about it. I wonder if that is why the teachers made it for the school to watch it. Made me feel confident in myself. And this story is a good one for people to learn
Oh wow it was about time someone reviewed this movie and this movie was the first movie in my whole entire family went to see in theaters including my grandmother she does not know English she was laughing the whole time 😂😂
One of my favorite newer Disney movies, I can watch it over and over, I can understand how some might not like it I mean it's practically two different movies smashed together, but again I always enjoy watching it and never saw the dad as a bad parent, he lost his wife and has to do it all alone and judging by how he's so unsure of what to do he probably lost his wife fairy recently also it's not like Chicken Little made a small mistake he caused the whole town to panic and with no proof all his father could do was try to defuse the situation, but though he didn't believe him it's not like he screamed, got angry, or punished him, if this was any other movie one or both parents would give their kid hell.
Say what you will on everyone’s disdain with this movie and why the majority don’t enjoy it as much as the other films from Walt Disney Animation Studios such as the humor, the Pop-Culture references being similar to Shrek, the Townsfolk being mean to Chicken Little and Buck Cluck being a bad unsupportive father and embarrassing Chicken Little. But beyond those problems the film had, I consider this a "Guilty Pleasure" of mine and I did chuckle and laugh at some jokes and scenes in the film, along with the vocal performances of the cast (especially Joan Cusack and Zach Braff) plus Mark Dindal directed _The Emperor’s New Groove_ and _Cat’s Don’t Dance_ and set to direct the upcoming _Garfield_ movie Lastly, let’s be real, the later CG Disney animated films released after _Chicken Little_ and _Meet the Robinsons_ have come a long way to how their CG films look in terms of animation, background, character designs, frames per second, and even story (sans Ralph Breaks the Internet, Raya, and Strange World). Even _Zootopia_ which was another Disney animated Anthropomorphic Animal film blow this film out of the water.
Fun fact: here in Brazil this movie is called "Galinho Chicken Little" which is basically "Chicken Little Chicken Little" We actually have a lot of movies with titles in mixed languages
🐥 This was probably Disney's second most forgotten about cartoon feature of the 2000s, the first being "Home On The Range" (2004) which is also quite a good movie. 🐮👍
I couldn't watch Chicken Little all the way through in 2005 because it was the day I was watching it that I got the news that my father had passed away. I only watched it again when my niece asked me to watch it with her. I didn't mean to make things too heavy, I just wanted to share my story with this animation. It was really fun watching Chicken Little with you two.
I don't hate Buck as a Character. He's not a Perfect Father but at least he loves his son. At least he has compassion and love in his heart. I never see his actions as any sort of Malice. Dude literally lost his wife and is raising a kid. How do people think a parent like that is supposed to react? I give Buck credit because he's just trying to be a father. As for the outlandish claims, Yeah, I don't necessarily blame him for not believing him on those. We the audience know but not the other characters. It makes sense. Even if he doesn't believe the claims, He doesn't just disown Chicken Little, He tries to show support.
If you haven't seen it, I would LOVE to see your reaction to 2007's "Across The Universe". It's a jukebox musical. All Beatles songs. A love story between an British guy and an American girl, set in the late '60s / early '70s. With the Vietnam war in the background. Starring Jim Sturgess, Evan Rachel Wood & Joe Anderson. Directed by Julie Taymor. My favorite movie of all time.
Woah, one of the first ones here! This movie is so average and borderline bad, but it used to play on Disney Channel all the time when I was a kid, and my younger siblings and I have fond memories of it. Happy to see you reacting to it!
@@abc.animal5143 Yeah, but what I mean is that Chicken Little is a 3d animated movie produced by Disney, different from the classic 2d animations that Disney always produced.
Oh! I just noticed this, I don't know if this was a coincidence or not, the alien dad said Chicken Little "violated galactic law 90210." There's a super old show... called Beverly Hills 90210. Coincidence, or intentional reference? What do you think?
While this is clearly not one of Disney’s better movies, I do appreciate all the little jokes and gags. Like at 3:02 you’ll notice not only the bird running into the glass, but that it’s a china shop run by a bull (like the old saying bull in a china shop).
Fun Fact: There were a few partially animated scenes of Buck Cluck actually caring for Chicken Little and trying to help, but they were cut for some reason. So now, we're stuck with one of the worst parents in cinematic history.
I’ll admit Buck may not be the best dad but he does love his son and being a single father isn’t easy especially when you used to be the town super star while you son is the town laughing stock, not to mention you can’t really blame him for not believing his son’s outlandish claims But in the end you gotta at least give him credit for realizing his mistakes and putting in the effort to make up for them❤️🩹
Directed by Mark Dindal (the director of The Emperor's New Groove), this is the first non-Pixar fully CGI Disney feature film, and technically the company's second time doing an adaptation of the European folk tale of the same name. The first time Disney did a movie on Chicken Little was in 1943 with a short film (check it out). Some claim that this 2005 film helped Disney during their mid-2000s financial problems, but, ironically, it has now mostly faded into obscurity. What are my thoughts? It's okay, but nothing is spectacular. Creative, yes, but mediocre overall.
Clariss I enjoyed your reaction to chicken little with Tim I even saw it on his channel 2 and this is one of my favorite movies growing up and I love the song wanna be from the spicy girls and yes that is Adam West's voice my fear Batman RIP and sadly got a chance to meet him😢🦇 I do use that line ain't no mountain high enough ain't no valley low because of the song.
Hello there! I just wanted to ask or recommend on a animated show called Jurassic World Camp Cretaceous its set before the start of Jurassic World and its a little kiddy but a great show it gets better over time. And would like if you guys have time to react to it if ever. Especially the sequel of the show releases on may the 24th hope you guys see this😂
Forgive me Clariss, I'm going to comment on a different movie. Eight months ago you said you wished you could see another movie like "12 Angry Men". You can: same director, Sidney Lumet, same lead actor, Henry Fonda. And the same key question when a matter of life and death is at stake: IS is possible? COULD it have happened? The Cuban Missile Crisis was a real event that happened in history. Back then we had avoided global nuclear war by dint of perserverance, patience, and luck. BUT suppose we had not been so lucky? In the movie FAIL SAFE, at first the lives of four men are at stake. But later, it is the lives of billions that hang in the balance. You'd think that there are only two possible solutions: either everybody wins, or everybody loses. But mark my words: YOU CANNOT POSSIBLY GUESS HOW THIS MOVIE ENDS! IS it possible? COULD IT have happened? FAIL SAFE is a forgotten classic. YOU WILL BE STUNNED. Please review this movie for your channel. - Roger Burns

This movie isn’t great but it’s also not terrible. Definitely could have been better but i enjoy it for what it is. Has some fun jokes.
Iconic
I'm pretty sure the original "I will survive" song was way before Rocky.
What a coincidence, this movie came to my mind today (no joke). 🧐😄
