  • First time using the turbo nozzle on my pressure washer. My machine is 3100 psi and using a turbo nozzle along with 3100 psi is crazy! Not for wood I'd say.

As a pressure washer I have seen a lot of damaged decks, due to people using a turbo nozzle on them. They are for concrete not wood. I'm not telling anyone what to do or not to do. Just a friendly warning to those who may not know.

Agree. I'm just playing here in this video, but I did learn that while making it and I would never use it on anything wood.

3:20 Can't believe you sold out and accepted a free "Aqua Sod Cutter" in exchange for your 'unbiased review'. Still though, impressive results.
Joking aside, that turbo nozzle is crazy. Probably makes much shorter work of a driveway than a standard nozzle. Very satisfying to see how quickly it tore through the wood. What about drilling all the way through a wooden board with the turbo nozzle? Is it possible? Would it be entertaining to watch? Would we see any change or would it just be a cone of water in the same spot until it broke through the wood? Do I ask too many questions?

Funny you should ask. It definitely is capable of boring a hole through wood, and it will...hint, hint. And yes, it will be entertaining, and no, I won't wear eye protection or long pants. I wouldn't use this on a driveway though. Honestly, I think it would bore a hole through concrete! I'll get back to you on that. But the 15" flat surface cleaner is what I'll be showing for driveways. And the turbo nozzle? Gosh, off hand I don't know what it could be used for because it seems to damage everything I point it at.

Something Else2LookAt There's a sign we spend too much time talking. :)
Are you for sure never going to repair the snapper or craftsman or whatever it was someone gave you and your backyard had claimed for itself? I mean, just saying, at some point in my life I may need to know if a turbo nozzle can slice through various mower parts. Sounds like you can get the answer.

I am fond of that Snapper handlebar mower. I actually parked it there running. I don't know how much work it needs but I hear ya on messin' with it. Of course the water jet isn't going to cut through metal, but I did test it and it goes through plastic. Curious to see if it goes through tires. There will be a lot of experimenting going on with it and I will film it all. It will all be on this channel because that kind of stuff gets me preached at over on the main channel. They just won't let me be a kid over there! lol

So I guess you don't recommend using this on my wood deck to remove the paint I tried a 15 degree nozzle and wasn't really helping to remove the paint?
