Ok boys, Great Gramma here worrying over your eyes and lungs. Worked with chemicals for many years before we all realized that the airborne particles were causing burns to all of our delicate lung & eye tissues. So learn from the mistakes we oldies made and WEAR MASKS & GOGGLES!! Thank you, now I can rest easily ❣️ Now as for this pool…it turned out SUPER NICE all because of your hard work. Great job! 👏👏👍👍👍👏👏
Yes your right again… we did these over couple months ago.. we can only make the correction going forward. We will work on it . 😃 thank you for the feedback really appreciate it
Satisfying to watch, restoring a filthy algae & mold covered pool to a beautiful blue pool. The acid fumes you were inhaling while working takes effect after a few days, not right away. Unless your lungs are made of stainless steel. More important than gloves on your hand.
Amazing transformation. Guys, make sure you wear goggle ans a good quality mask as those chemicals will kill you. A cleaning lady that I knew used to clean factories with these sort of chemicals and she ended up with very bad emphysema and died 10 yrs later. She was young when she died.
Great work, guys! I worry you don’t have eye protection and , maybe, a mask to protect you from the acid that might fly up. Please take care and good luck to you!
@@LIVEBUILDLOVE Good man, been around Class 8 Hazards for years and you need to protect your skin and your eyes and, in some cases, what you inhale. In my humble opinion Class 8 is the most dangerous of the hazard classes because, unlike the other classes, it doesn't need a catalyst to "get the party started", it just sits there and waits to hurt. Nice work!
I work with muriatic acid for gold refining, not sure what you guys are using but if it’s anything like muriatic….. that stuff stinks. A good respirator like others have said is a great idea. No one wants cancer :/ Awesome video and a so much work!!!!!
First time watching one of your videos and loving it but I wonder how many people have commented why don't you wear googles??!!! Dealing with any type of acid is dangerous, I would be too paranoid with any tiny drop that could splash.
Great job guys!! What I wanna know is. Who on Earth built those stairs!!?? Talk about a hack job... WOW! lol And a helpful tip for you as well. Instead of using that Caustic Acid. Try a product called TSP. that stands for Tri-Sodium Phosphate. Not anywhere near as dangerous to use as the acid. You mix it with Bleach ( I forget the Ratio) and water and apply like you were with the Acid and brush. We used to do it our entire decks and house in VA for many years. It's dirt cheap in comparison and works incredibly well. GL
For safety reasons put on a plastic smock, plastic sleeves, rubber boots and rubber gloves and safety gargle, life is about being safe on the Job. Have a blessed day
@@mattypantsyou don’t value your eyeballs? I wouldn’t want acid in mine, so I’d be wearing safety glasses. And that acid looks nasty. He event wanted the other guy to hose it off his arm, so it can’t be nice stuff.
The main pump release excess water in the forest in the forest. When u started to use the acid pump is changed and and acid is diluted. At this point we diluted the acid and pump to the drains.
Great Job!... love the video but be careful... washing the acid with pressure vaporize part of it and over time it will have an impact over your health, either use masks while doing that part or wash it with a non pressurized stream of water!... be safe!
Or after dewatering most of the pool..use a dilution of citric acid and it would dissolve the algae without even having to use a pressure washer..just pres. wash the walls
Yeah couple did. The pump u see in the beginning was the bump for the water that was left in the pool over a year. No acid is In that water. After we remove all that water…then we use a smaller pump to remove the acid water. The acid water is diluted and neutralized before being pump down the drain.
Definitely would of worn breathing apparatus being that deep with all those fumes, done the same in the past had a sore throat nose and eyes for days from stripping back with acid

yea what he said...those chemicals are flying around
Good job,be careful of safety as mentioned and when using the acid chemical start at the top of any slope and work downwards not the other way round.
Man, that pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned in 40-50 years!!! Great job!!!

Thank you… next season we will be all about safety. Bad that we ignored a lot of safety precautions. Appreciate you
This is really satisfying to watch! What a hard work! 🥵😮💨

Goggle u mean?
@@reynaldosulangi1861safety goggles probably
They're power washing a pool not using industrial waste. PPE isn't really necessary aside from gloves with the acid wash.

@kangablue4502 There are a lot of different types of acid. Only in the movies does it all melt your flesh off.
Ou my God. So big pool.
And small compared to to others
Woo krennnnnn
WOW !
That pool is massive!! Unless it has a heater, it probably takes 3-4 months to warm with a solar cover!!
Well done!
What chemistry you use to clean up water plants on the bottom?
Sodium bicarbonate to dilute and a lot of water
Great job! Protect your eyes when working with acid.😎
I will next time we do. Thank you for the feedback
What a massive pool! Great job cleaning that mess!
Thanks you !!! Appreciate the support
Why would anyone let a pool get like that ? If I had one it would be my pride and joy ! Looks stunning once done !
Parabéns!!!!!!

Where do you dispose of all the acid after use?
It’s diluted and pumped through the drains

I hope it’s full of water and good times again😊
Yes but I bet it looks the same this summer

Amazing how nobody's wondering where you're pumping that acid into that creek

Hello boys! Very good movie and great job! My house is very near to the beach, i dont need a pool!😊 Best regards from Guarapai , Brazil
The Channel will do a river series. Hope u enjoy that one.
This music reminds me of the Seinfeld music. 😂😂
Yes it does for real

We gonna start focusing on on safety once we start again thank you
Great job.
What kinde of acid do you use i need for my pool.
All depends on how bad it is. Some pools just need a quick power wash fill treatment and brush
@@LIVEBUILDLOVE very bad
I tryed washing with pressure and brushing but isnt working.
Need help please.....
