October 18th, 2021 Question Timestamps: 2:05 Since you mentioned it in [a previous] Bumblekast, I believe Hasbro owns the rights to Bucky O'Hare. Since they seem willing to revive old franchises in comic formats, if they were to try and publish a revival of Bucky, would you put in a bid to write it? What kind of direction would you want to take it in? 7:25 Please please ask saga what Kind of valuables the chaotix are payed with if money dose not exist and get a clear answer directly from them. 7:40 How do you think Cream would react if Cheese evolved into a Dark Chao? Would she end up going through an emo phase? 8:29 How would you describe Knuckles' dynamic with Tails? It's not Team Sonic without the three of them after all, and we know the details of Sonic and Knuckles' dynamic quite well! So I was curious how you saw how Knuckles and Tails bond from what we've seen between them. 10:53 (Please read in Dracula voice/Transylvanian accent) In the spirit of Halloween, for one night only, the Sonic cast and IDW crew are transformed into Halloween monsters! Vampires, Ghosts ETC. What do each of them become and how do they feel about their new forms? 19:32 Have you listened to Sonic the Comic the Podcast, where a pair of StC fans revisit their childhoods by reading through it an issue at a time, offering a fascinating peak as what it was like to be around your age in the 90s... but in the UK? If not you should, it's a fun listen. David Mariotte was even a guest on one ep. 20:07 Has anything come up in the Sonic Twitter Takeovers that you've attempted to use in the comic? If so, was it approved? 21:25 Since both Christine Cavanaugh and William Windom are no longer alive, who would voice Uncle Chuck and Bunnie Rabbot if they appeared in a game? 24:52 Hey Ian, I've got a continuity question for you regarding the Tangle & Whisper mini series and where it takes place in the IDW Sonic timeline. You've said in a previous Bumblekast (ua-cam.com/video/q0wpxmfHLeE/v-deo.html) that the Tangle & Whisper series takes place after issue 16 of Sonic, when Tangle goes to visit Sonic and Tails at Tails' workshop. This seems to check out initially as Tangle says it's her first time seeing Tails' workshop, and she updates Sonic and Tails on her recent encounter with the Babylon Rogues. But there's something that feels a little bit off to me. In the first issue of Tangle and Whisper when Mimic shows up in Spiral Hill Village disguised as Sonic, Tangle does initially ask him if he's sick but otherwise doesn't seem to be aware that Sonic was infected by the metal virus. She seems confused as to why Whisper might be shooting at "Sonic," and lets Mimic touch her despite the fact that in issue 16 she was warned that the metal virus spreads by physical contact. Was this an oversight, or should the Tangle and Whisper mini series take place prior to Sonic getting infected? 26:40 Do you watch Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss? Will you watch Hazbin Hotel when it eventually begins airing? Should I recommend these two shows if you haven’t seen them already? 28:42 I'm not sure if Ian was around during this time, but what was the situation around "ManyHands" and their issues: #113 and Super Special 15? Were these some out-sourced artist(s), a rushed release, something else? My friends and I discussed those issues during our Archie Era Chats, but we weren't sure if any official explanation was given and don't recall seeing anything when searching online. 31:04 Since it's spooky scary skeleton month, if Amy wanted to do a couple costume with Sonic, what would she want them to dress up as? So if Halloween exist within the world of Sonic and someone would want to dress up as the scariest thing, would mobians dress up as Eggman? And how would Eggman react to people dressing up as him for the holiday? 35:28 Given Samus' portrayal as this badass solo space warrior that murders space pirates, destroys literal eldritch copies of herself, and just generally blows things up on the usual We don't talk about Other M's portrayal of course, would it be going against that character to pair her up with someone? Weird question I know but its always kinda felt weird whenever she was paired up with literally anyone, and maybe that's just because I've played way too much metroid to begin with, but I guess the same could really be said for the other aforementioned characters, right? 41:41 Favorite Halloween candy? Any Halloween stories from your childhoods? Most memorable costumes either of you ever wore?
2:10 Since you mentioned it in [a previous] Bumblekast, I believe Hasbro owns the rights to Bucky O'Hare. Since they seem willing to revive old franchises in comic formats, if they were to try and publish a revival of Bucky, would you put in a bid to write it? What kind of direction would you want to take it in?
12:50 This honestly makes me feel so much better; that the creators are as scared of the Boom ghosts as I am-and that this greatly reduces the chances of seeing them in the future.
Question: I must ask a question of utmost importance, this is something I think is absolutely critical to Sonic world building! I must ask, of the core IDW characters what is each characters preference: Taco Tuesdays or Wing Wednesdays!? Also for good measure which do each of the Freedom Fighters like? Thank you for your time!
Got a question: Who would win in a fight, Shadow (the ULTIMATE lifeform) or Perfect Cell from DBZ (the PERFECT lifeform)? I feel like we never truly get to see Shadow at full power because, other than the one time where it was wiped from the timeline, he doesn't take off his inhibitor rings. If he was Super and without those rings I think it would be a pretty close fight and remember, Cell never did know how to instant transmission.
Bucky O'Hare is still popular, we're getting new figures by Boss Fight Studios I'm a Sonic comic fan, but I also read all the Power Rangers comics by Boom Studios, and all the TMNT, Transformers, and Godzilla comics by IDW. Meghan Black (voice of Rogue in X-Men Evolution) or Kieren van den Blink (Rogue in Wolverine and the X-Men) would be good Bunnie voices. Just bring back Maurice LaMarche for Uncle Chuck, he voiced him in Sonic Underground. Or cast Richard Newman (Rhinox in Beast Wars and a ton of anime voices).
Considering Eggman is like Hitler times a thousand, the only people who would dress up as him are edgy teens, likely for the sole purpose of pissing off adults.
You have probably never heard of the Madness Combat series before but its very wild ill say that. The why the main animated series tells its stories are very interesting as well, No dialoged is given and well there is defiantly some seriousness to it but it still is just guys beating each other up in Navada. I'm basically asking if you were to tell a story with no speaking and is mainly supposed to be dark/comedic and convey emotion were the characters also don't have faces how would you do it? Also if you are interested in the series I recommend playing the game Project Nexus 2 on steam as there is dialogue in it and is easer to understand.

Sour Cream and Curds
I think we just met Cream’s and Cheese’s Moebius twins.
12:50 This honestly makes me feel so much better; that the creators are as scared of the Boom ghosts as I am-and that this greatly reduces the chances of seeing them in the future.
10:14 The expression Kyle is looking for is "homies-in-law"
Emo Cream
Creamo
Doug Stone would be a perfect Uncle Chuck voice, with particular reference to his performance as Mycen in Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia.
Tangle would be a Jiangshi or chinese jumping ghost

Time for Bumble

Congrats on your latest knowing smile, Ian!
My personal VA picks for Bunnie and Chuck for the games would be Erin Fitzgerald and Kyle Hebert respectively.
For nostalgic Halloween stories, we ride on the Algorithm Quest!
Question for next time:
Following up the Halloween transformation question, what would Big dress up as/become? Would he even know it's Halloween?
"Sally would just get roboticized."
Too soon, Kyle! ;.;
"I don't have time to find a costume!" (bzzz-rrrm)
Bucky O'Hare is still popular, we're getting new figures by Boss Fight Studios

Um, I don't mean to be the party pooper here, but wouldn't dressing up as Eggman in Sonic's universe be like running around in a Hitler costume?
Question: Do you know da wey?
Considering Eggman is like Hitler times a thousand, the only people who would dress up as him are edgy teens, likely for the sole purpose of pissing off adults.
WHAT
Wow, the complete lack of awareness here.
Just delete your comment at this point lmao
