Excellent video. I envy you your selection of sands. In the US, all sand (and all construction materials generally) are geared towards modern large scale construction. You won't find sands with the level of "grit" or larger particles. Even "concrete sand" would leave less than 10% in the "bigger than fine" category. If I feel like an idiot importing lime putty, just imagine the insult of having to import decent sand.

Most river sand has a range from 3/8 inch to the number 200 sieve
