Very well done James and the bar is set quite high. May I ask what model bluetooth on/off switches you referred to for shutting down the Solar Charger and the DC to DC devices? I don't see those anywhere on Victron's site.
Love this build and I've seen many but so far I can see myself living completely full time in this I especially love the size of this fridge/freezer but my only question is where do you do your business if you know what I mean?
not sure what type of warranty vanovation offers but im sure its as good as they are :D its a professionally built van so it of course is more of an investment than a DIY job. Love your plan
@@VanClanI had a 200Ah lithium battery, 370w solar panel and 2000w inverter (connected to every socket in my van) with the charger connected to my alternator, all done by an RV specialist, and no MPPT controller was installed as it is not required with a DCtoDC charger. I am also able to charge from mains supply if required. Had this done 12 months ago and I live in my van full-time.
not a fan to be honest. More money went into victron everything (including massive waste of space) than went into the cabinetry. Raw edges on draw fronts.. really? A hole in the roof instead of another in/out fan? Really? Meh.

I was of the understanding that if one had a DCtoDC charger an MPPT controller was not required.
im 90% sure thats untrue. Weve seen many vans that have both. I think both are exclusive of eachother
