what temp and how long? looks great
220-250, salmon about an hour, tails about 30, shrimp, I put on direct heat for about 5 min, then smoke for about 10, asparagus about 20 min.
Thanks! The lobster cooks pretty fast. You check with finger poke or digital thermometer?
