First time watching your channel. I loved that you do a straight up opinion & informative reaction without any of the other exaggerated stuff you get from some of the other reactors. And for that you now have another subscriber. ❤😊
Chris and Tim sang in a group 20 years ago, and have remained friends and co writers ever since. So long Dixie was written by Tim, Chris, Austin and one other. Chris appeared in that video with Home Free.
This has always been a favorite of mine! I don’t know if you noticed but standing beside the acoustic guitarist was a bass guitarist (Tim’s brother-in-law); he was playing the bass line, not the keyboard. Thank you for reacting to this one!
Sabastian on the keyboards does have a hurt hand. The guy next to Tim is Chris Chatham. They are good friends. Where they are playing is in Austin's backyard. Love your reaction!
We're very fortunate that Tim and Austin have so many talented musical friends. In fact, there's a whole informal group called Tim Foust and Friends that includes Christ Chatham, Ernie Halter, Jeffrey East and a rotating cast of others. Look for videos from the Tim Foust Birthday Bashes to hear more of them.
I love when they sing together and the Home Free guys seem to have so many talented family and friends. Thanks for the Home Free and Home Free-ish reactions.
I actually remember the original of "My Maria" by B. W. Stevenson in 1973. Always loved this song. I was not familiar with the Brooks & Dunn version. I really loved this performance by Tim & Austin & the other guys. Liked Austin singing in his lower register. I don't think I have ever heard Tim sound so clear & crisp in his upper falsetto range. Who would ever believe that he is a natural bass who can drop down into the basement depths. Wouldn't it be cool to have these guys perform for you at home?
I can hear the discussion before hand: Wee have two world-class high tenors and a world-class bass. Who should we have sing the high line?" You might like the cover of "What's it to You" that Austin, Tim, Chris, and Jeffrey East did. It has a nice acoustic mandolin solo in it. Sebastian burned his hand in a kitchen fire, it was still bandaged here. And if you want songs about "a girl and how great she is in your life" - go listen to nearly any of Austin's original solos.
Tim, Austin, Jeffrey East & Chris Chatham also do a rendition of "What's It To You" that has a mandolin shred that's amazing (it's on Austin's channel). Austin built the back deck on his house specifically for somewhere to have friends sing & jam. Chris Marion (baseball cap) is Tim's brother-in-law. Sebastien had gotten burnt putting out a kitchen fire - with his hand! The glove was t reduce scarring. Thanks for playing this & your comments.
This is one of my favourite performances. You should check out Tim Foust with The Bass Gang on Hooked on a Feeling. The video was kind of done up for Valentine's Day but also touched on the theme of Guardians of the Galaxy (Chris Pratt's character plays the song on an old iPod) and the jacket that Foust wears is a tribute to that character. I think you'd like the video. For a great Unchained Melody cover, check out Marc Martel's version. Cheers!
Tim was just showing off his higher range for ya. Chris Chatham is a close friend of Tim’s and they collaborate a lot on his channel. Chris is also a songwriter and he and Tim have written songs together like So Long Dixie. Chris Marion is Tim’s brother in law. Sebastien Duyon is a close friend of Austin’s and he burned his hand and was wearing bandages. He and Austin do a lot on Austin’s channel too. I love Tim singing real high here and then when he talks he’s back in the basement. Good one!
Do you mean Home Free's version or Austin's solo version? They are both great, but I personally prefer Home Free's. I like that you left the outro in as I always laugh when Tim speaks as low as he does in this one after he sang tenor in the actual song. Thanks for the reaction.
If you haven't, PLEASE react to tim foust covering 'Will you still love me tomorrow/stay'.

Tim did a piece with the Bass Gang and his range was incredible! And the Bass Gang were fantastic.
Just a great group of friends enjoying singing and playing together! Enjoy the talent! Home Fry for life!🤠
Chris Chatham is an exceptionally brilliant guitarist and a great example would be the cover of What's It To You with Austin, Tim and Jeffrey East.

BTW, Austin has a terrific bluegrass rendition of 'Defying Gravity' and a video for his original "Hers Ain't Mine" on his channel.

Love this video!! ❤ great reaction!
The Chris at the far right is Chris Marian, he's Tim's brother-in-law.
I've listened to this many times. Enjoyed your comments.

Super they all are together….
You should definitely check out what’s it to you cover on his page
Sebastian had a burn on that hand
I don't know the story behind the injury. He still plays a great keyboard in spite of it.
A kitchen fire I understand.

that's Sebi and he burned his hand
Much respect, but this Is a miss for me.
They can't all be hits. Appreciate your honesty.
