- We tried the Bring Sally Up Challenge and performed it doing Squats then Push-Ups THEN Pull-Ups back to back to back. Whew...
That was a killer challenge and doing Squats, Push-Ups and Pull-Ups all together made it an amazing full body workout. Try it out yourself and let us know what couples challenge we should tackle next!

AGA is a terrific and valuable proponent she does not feature as much but motherhood has lead her to excel at training .Proud of all u buff dudes and girls keep the consistency going.i train twice a day morning and evening 30 minutes a session it helps me prevail against covid 19 confinement .Thanks for the inspiration .

With your quats do not go beyond 90 degrees bend. Same with the pushups. Those pushups are killer. I usually only get to about 12.

We used to do this every Friday at the gym at my secondary school for warm up, being able to do the whole thing is one of my proudest gym achievements

I’ve done this before with both Squats & Push-ups before. 😆 Can’t do pull-ups right now with a torn rotator cuff and a fractured shoulder but I’m still in this and still training. I don’t know if I’m crazy or nuts but just did this as a circus twice and added weights with the squats and glute ham raises with my feet hooked under my bed with the gyms being closed. My legs are killing me 😁 Going to work up to 3 sets when my shoulder isn’t hurting so much.
Lol, when I taught gymnastics to teenagers we would make them do this challenge. They hated it, it was a lot of fun

Y'all Rock! Keeping it real. My first attempt on push-ups, i made it to 11 and a half. Yeah, give me my half. LOL! Legs seem like the easiest and i completed. Haven't tried pull-ups yet. Thanks for sharing.
Just tried the Squats portion, and surprisingly - and very happily & proudly completed it all the way through. (I'm 63 and have Balance issues and Nerve damage in my legs and feet; as well as Peripheral Neuropathy so staying in one position unsupported for any length of time is challenging.
My shoulders always seem to give out around the 1:10 - 1:12 mark on Push-Ups (even though I do a minimum of 200 Push-Ups a day for months); but I'll keep trying.
Still working on doing my first ever Pull-Up.
But I'm determined to do all 3. 😀

You guys, (and gals) really help inspire me. I'm 63 (Think, and Feel 43) and a little over 5 years ago I nearly had to have either my left foot, or left leg amputated because of a severe heel ulcer, and Nerve damage due to 30+ years of Type 2 Diabetes. My Hba1c was 22, and my weight ballooned to a disgustingly embarrassing 408 lbs.
I couldn't climb a single step without holding onto the railing with both hands for dear life, and need to use a walker because of the Nerve damage, and balance issues.
Also I hadn't been able to do a single Push-Up for over 40 years.
Anyway, back in February 2018 I had enough. I started to eat healthy, began incorporating Intermittent Fasting, began to workout, and even challenged myself to do a minimum of 50 Push-Ups total a day. (That was on November 5th, 2020, and I haven't missed a day yet; and in July 2022 I upped my daily minimum to 100, and last Christmas to 200.) Still going. My max for one day is 800; and my max consecutive is 90. (Actually 92 but I only count/record in groups of 10).
I also have done a minimum of 50 Mountain Climbers a day since Feb 2022, as well as climb a minimum of 120 stairs completely unaided daily.
I also weight train 5 - 6 days per week, and walk at least 2.5 miles per day weather permitting.
My next goal is to do my first ever Pull-Up, and then to set another challenge with them.
The point of all my boring babbling is this.
I just tried the "Bring Sally Up" Push-Ups challenge twice, and man it's tough lol. I only lasted 50 seconds the first time; and only 59 seconds a few minutes later. The most strenuous, or taxing part for me was having to stay in the down position during the first extended sequence before the next , "Bring Sally Up" let's you push yourself up again. Which occurs right around 55 seconds.
Now I had already done 270 Push-Ups so far Today, but none for over 4 hours so that wasn't a factor. I will keep trying though. 😀
But your video inspired me to try this. To challenge myself. That's one of the things I really like about your videos. They're informative, inspiring, serious when they need to be, but also fun.

All of you did an impressive job! I have recently tried this challenge and, needless to say, its insanely difficult.
No kidding. It would be hard enough just constantly going through the "Up & Down" motions of each exercise without pausing through the entire song WITHOUT having to pause and HOLD in the down position during the non "Bring Sally Up", or "Bring Sally Down" portions.
Tried this twice today with Push-Ups at age 63. Only got to 50, then 59 seconds. (The first extended "hold" down part of the song.)
Will keep trying of course.
I have Nerve damage and balance issues so Squats would be extra challenging; and I've never done a Pull-Up in my life, but I'm determined to fix that
