Last week I did a Pacific Northwest national park tour from San Francisco. I ended up driving out to Glacier NP. I just got back from Glacier to San Francisco last week. It was around 1200 miles and it took me 24 hours to drive with a 4 hours of sleep in between. It was such a brutal drive. I could have taken my time but after being on the road for 3 weeks traveling the Pacific Northwest, I just wanted to get back home. I'm glad you made it safely. If you're still out in Glacier then definitely check out Grinnel Glacier Trail, Iceberg Lake & Ptarmigan Trail. Was the highlight of my time there.
That sounds amazing! I hope you had an amazing trip. That's a lot of miles on not much sleep! I completely understand you wanting to get home, I feel the same way on some of my trips! I didn't get to spend any time on the east side. I'll definitely be back next year for the eastern side, I hear its much more impressive!
