Wow. GNP is now on my list of National Parks to visit. Being from California, with Yosemite, Tahoe, Mammoth, Mount Shasta, and so much more, we tend to feel spoiled and rarely leave the state for Outdoors experiences. Years ago I drove the Going to the Sun Road, heading west. I didn't know until I got there but the road had just opened that day for the season. Driving through this hugely deep snow cut (10-15 feet), then down the western slope, was possibly the most amazing drive I've ever done. Thanks for showing this, it brought back lots of wonderful memories.
