Brandon Moon and Brent Auger are great dudes. I really enjoy Moonlit and Nirvana rods with 4 rods owned between the Umbra, Lunar, and two Moksha rods. The 4WT five piece rods is a staple for creek fishing, especially in tight canopy where a glass rod has too much flex. I would really love to see a 6WT built in this rod and am unsure why they haven't yet.
Thanks man! I agree, I'd love to see more options in the series, too. The Nivana Moksha in a 6wt is one of my favorite rods! It would be awesome to see how a 6wt umbra stacks up against it.
@@Dr.FlyFilms do you like Streamers on your Moksha 6? Curious of your thoughts. Absolutely! I think like you I see myself getting the 8wt and building it for some warm water species, and some of those Bear Lake Cutts. I just broke in my new Moksha at strawberry reservoir. Caught some fun fish for my channel. Great work.
I really like my 6 weight moksha! I use it as a Streamer rod, and I also use it for heavier nymphs rigs as well. I used it in my bull trout video, throwing nothing but streamers for 3 days and it did great. I also really like it for still water fishing. I recently got the moksha in an 8wt, I'm going to be testing it on some saltwater fishing in a couple of weeks.
Can't wait to try this rod out!
Looks like a very nice rod
