Welcome my channel! If this is your first time seeing my face or hearing my voice, my name is Lee and I am a self aware narcissist. I have narcissistic personality disorder ( NPD ) and I've been in therapy for my personality disorder since 2017 and it has definitely changed my life because without it, I would have lost everything.
The point of these videos is to help bring awareness from the other side of the narcissistic *buse spectrum. All my videos give perspective on why many narcissists do what they do and the possible different reasons behind them. The victims and survivors get validation and the Narcissists (those that are willing) get to see that you can get help and that you are not alone.

It’s a horrible thing. And they have no remorse. My ex’s first words were, “why did you have to show up? Since you know now, I did it other times. You just didn’t know.” 6 months later he texted me that he had not seen me in a while, and could I send him a picture. Sick.

My Narcissistic ex husband would day things like "We can be very happy if you would just let us!" And he would say "We have been through a lot together! But he was the one causing it all!!

It's gotten to a point where he'll literally justify things like cheating, lying, and calling me names by saying that he's in charge and can do whatever he wants because he's bigger and stronger and will beat me up if I call him out.

Absolutely- found out she was interested in another guy from her past via emails to a girl pal. When confronted she said if things where better between us she wouldn’t have done it, blaming me and yes mad that i saw her emails. Huge fuss.
It was so infuriating to deal with!

So true. My ex admitted to cheating but says it’s ok because we were living apart and still getting along at the time (mind you I had no idea).
You know what I like the most about this guy is he flat out let’s us know how ridiculous we really are when dealing with the narcissists lies blaming gas lighting cheating without being nasty about it. His ability to show us what we look like and sound like helps me more than anything else awesome videos

A woman sent me a screenshot of a messages from facebook messenger that she had with my bf. The message shows my bf starting the conversation with her and asking her out. She told him dont u have a gf and that’s disrespectful. I brought it to his attention. He tells me… “ I didn’t send her these messages “ “oh so u r going to believe outsiders?” “These ppl don’t want us to win” “she is jealous, that’s y she sent these to u”. OMFG!!!! Never holding himself accountable and won’t admit anything
I recently experienced this and what you said he did the exact same things. I told him he was gas lighting me and I wasn't looking for a confession. When l saw all the text messages between him and multiple women. I did not get mad..l got done with this behind. He told me it was over because I went through his phone. I said ok (grey rock him) then he tried to say he set me up and had fake conversation. I laughed at him. Then l ended the conversation because he interrupted my peace and sleep. I completely ghosted him..and it felt good

My abusive narc ex would always flip it or he would always root his cellphone. So there was absolutely no proof anywhere. He also had numerous phones.. had my. Phone completely hacked.. but yet i was the Cheater ...until one day a random chick messaged me and she wondered if him and i were together..we exchanged screenshots of texts... his excuse was "i was trying to get one of my phones from her". Any time i would bring up the female that messaged me, apparently i had a fascination for tge female he was cheating on me with..narcs are good at twisting everything. Im glad i was able to leave and now im a survivor! :)

What does rooting do to the phone? My ex would ALWAYS do that to his phones but would make up a million excuses to show me how to do it on my phone. Now I'm genuinely curious.
Or even so “I’m not cheating on you”, catch them on five different dating apps five years into the relationship, he even cheated me with a neighbor three years in I left him then. They never stop cheating

hell yeah! he cheat on me couple of times, and whenever I caught him he put the blame on me telling twas my fault because I am not a good woman🙄 telling me his new supply is a good one. but after few weeks he keep calling me and I talked to him once he said he miss me and wanna hit up and clap cheeks.🙄🙄
My ex Narc only said WOW when I caught her in a lie & I left it alone & change the subject & she went silent mode lol!

This video is so true. I caught conversations in my Narcs phone last might and he screamed got violent and said i ruined a good night. Even hit me. The girl was telling him she loved him and complaining he is not making time for her.
My ex narcissistic doordasher called me insecure and bipolar I'm done with him I said goodbye to him enough said.

He somehow turned it around me. He wouldn't have done it if I wouldn't have pushed him.
I just found out my GF has been cheating on me for at least a year. Best case scenario, she's been lying straight to my face even when I knew deep down, promising on her daughter's life she hasn't done anything. Now I'm wondering about the past. Someone close to her told me she's been cheating with multiple men for at least 4 years! I have every reason to believe the person telling me this and when confronted (even after I caught her with the new guy) she's still blaming me for asking questions about the past. I've just blocked her. Only ever onwards. No sense looking back, you're not going that way. She's insane! And that I let myself be misled for 6 years doesn't make me a bad person. She's a car-crash of a human being though. She will never feel love or loved and that's tragic.

Caught my narcissist in a lie. Confronted him about it. He got mad, started mocking me, started cussing and yelling. Then when I didn't give him a reaction and instead calmly broke up with him and told him to leave. He started accusing me of things I never did, bringing up past issues, just anything to turn the conversation from him to me. He tried desperately to play victim as usual. I still wouldn't give him a reaction. He took his things and left and I haven't heart from him in 2 days now. Think I got lucky this time cause usually he's tried to call or text by now

My mother raised me to have strong boundaries, and to be private. (My mother never went through my journals, never went through my room and never invaded my phone. Because she enjoys minding her own business) I was RAISED that if something serious was happening, I'd tell you her myself and she would help me anyway she could. . my ex partner claims to be a anxiety ridden mess of a person and made me feel violated by giving me TMI and him and his mother SHAMED me / literally called me a "THE SNAKE" because of my boundaries. Who's the toxic person here??? I dont even think my ex or his mother are narcissists. Theyre just emotionally immature and seriously manipulative. (I was physically and emotionally assaulted over this. Hence why he Is a ex) am I toxic?? I dont think someone who is inclined to blowing things out of proportion should be entitled access to my personal shit....am I still the toxic person here??
I went thru that exact scenario. The next day he tried to call. I was extremely clear no contact or I file a restraining order. Then weeks late he called me blaming me for everything that went wrong. However I was intoxicated so I basically said what I needed. I blocked him and then the next day he called I said no, he tried to say something else I said no, no, no. Hung up. Made sure to block all numbers he use. No contact no talk now I have peace

I’m in the process of divorce .. My soon to be ex husband cheated on me while I was pregnant and I left him. I recently spoke to him so we can be better coparent. So we can have closure for the situation he told me “I didn’t cheat. I had a mess up “ “I never cheated. Stop saying I cheated. You’re lying. “ one minute he says sorry. The next he takes it back and changes the story. I’ve never felt so hurt in my life. How can you cheat on someone get caught and continue to lie in my face and blame me for everything ? It’s sad.
