Nice run, folks. Seen the cut-off for the Foothills, but didn’t take it. Will go back this coming season and run it. I’ve run the Cherohala and, U.S. 129.
The shots that rotate are actually shot on the gopro max 360 camera. It’s mounted on my handlebars and the rotation is done in editing. It takes a lot more time to edit but gives you endless options on what you want in the frame.
Thank You, you are going to have a great time. My helmet is actually a cheap one from Walmart, it’s a fuel brand only $75. I did have to buy the dark face shield separately though for around $20.
Hi, thanks for watching. I use Lumafusion editing software on my iPad. The cameras are gopro hero 8 for the helmet view and gopro 360 max or the handlebar 360 view. Our communication devices are cardo scala rider q2, which are very old but still work well.
Hey guys, great video! I've been wanting to ride the foothills pkwy and plan on it this summer. I've rode several roads in the area there but not that one. And what camera are you using mounted at your brake reservoir? Reminded me of an Insta 360 but not slim and up on tall stick but worked just as good!
I always admire those motor bikers since I think it's quite dangerous to drive a motor bike on a road especially those country side road which might have a lot of gravels stones. Wow!
I enjoy the video thanks
Road looks like it`s in great shape, nice ride.

Nice variation of camera views. One of the best riding roads in the Smokies.
Can you give us some information on the rotating mount?

Thanks for a great quality video. What cameras & editing software do you use? Also, what communications devices do you all use? Thanks in advance.
