It feels like he's too hasty. Every time he shoots the ball into the fans, it almost looks like he's in a rush or something. His speed is his curse. He tries to shoot the ball at same 35 kmph he was sprinting and doesn't account for speed and inertia.

He should have never left Shakhtar D. He is a bang buck average player, just look at his stats before Chelsea or with his national team 23 caps and only 2 goals as a forward are horrendous.
If anything Mudryks case kinda disproves the narrative that " technically skilled players are not football smart and they get by with their skill only" , lots of players have Mudryk's technicallity in spades almost non of them look this lost , even with " Bad teams with lower tier players" non of them especially the wingers look as out of place on their team as Mudryk does in Chelsea
Gotta love how Samu Omorodion (the guy from atlético they wanted to swap Gallagher for) went NOPE and joined Porto instead, a very smart move for his carreer i wish Estevão William had made. Chelsea always was a difficult club but under Bohly they gone nuclear. If Mudryk choose Arsenal im sure he would at least be better
That’s not what happened 1st it wasn’t a swap 2 separate deals and he only said no because he felt disrespected that Chelsea only wanted 50% of his image rights
As a Chelsea fan, Mudryk needs to thrive at another club. I'm even convinced at this point that Chelsea wanted him so bad only because it made a perfect PR stunt after the whole Abramović drama, our owners want every new young "up and coming" player possible and it prevented one of our rivals getting him. There was no clear thought about how he would fit into the team whatsoever. Now we're kind of stuck with him because of his insane contract. The whole thing is a royal f*ck up.
The entire history of the Misha belongs in one song - betrayal and Airplane ua-cam.com/video/QjlZAbjUuV8/v-deo.html Red and blue color. So Mudryk broke during the contract between Arsenal and Chelsea
This video was such thoughtful constructive feedback for the player. I wish Murdryk sees this and doesnt merely react to it but genuinely puts his head down and starts working. Great stuff Vizeh!
I believe he is not a winger, but a number 10. Any time he played centrally, he cooked. But again that position is stacked, he can only abuse his pace out wide where he has no one to link up with. I believe the arrival of Felix, Neto and a fit Nkunku could remind him of his flair and directness where he can cut inside with some one else holding the width
What scares me the most is his inability to learn. He has no ego, he is calm, he doesn't swear, he works in the gym, he works at training. He made himself, from the poorest country, he promoted himself on Instagram and reached the top level by the standards of the Ukrainian Premier League and showed his potential at such a young age and moved to the Premier League grant. He has already changed 5 (!) coaches, and a bunch of their assistants. They should have pulled him up at least in something: positioning, decision-making, understanding the intentions of partners, the first touch, strike. This is not happening, he started playing a little better in the build-up with Maresca + he has a good understanding with Jackson. That's all. In two years. Sad.
Tod Boehly is just too funny man, just wanted the player because Arsenal wanted him lol. He is so clueloss how do Chelsea fans accept that he made himself Sporting director 🤣
Ukraine have some of the funniest combination of wingers you could imagine. Tsyhankov and Yarmolenko on the right, who are 100% brain but 0 muscles, and Mudryk on the left, who's completely opposite.
I will NEVER feel bad for Mudryk, he basically twerked for Arsenal the whole transfer window only to sign for Chelsea. He, as a player, has the right to reject the Chelsea offer, and yet, despite twerking non-stop for Arsenal, he STILL decides to sign the Chelsea contract. Good riddance, I say
Its psychological, that boy never wanted to join Chelsea in the first place,it must be hard playing for w club you don't like, especially if you were forced to do so. I still believe Arteta can unlock him.
I think his skill would have shone spectacularly in a different setting. I also think at Arsenal, he could’ve been a sensational success considering his form at Shakhtar Donetsk a while ago if he wouldn’t have joined Chelsea.
At arsenal he would have been sold, arteta wouldnt put up with his decision making not when they are trying to win the league, too much of an unknown in terms of what u get from him.
He would've had the same problems at Arsenal as well... We have this problem right now with Martinelli, who seems to have been found out, and does not have the footballing knowledge to get over it like Saka did... A lot of Arsenal fans are disappointed in the decisions Martinelli makes, so I don't think Mudryk would've been any different.
I feel like there needs to be competition for his position. With the integration of Sancho hope fully it doesn't end up too toxic and gives Mudryk a space to grow and work hard for his position
It seems crazy to me that Mudryk looks so insanely talented in technical terms but then seems to fall so short on the team-aspect of the game. Could he develop also his mental abilities up to par? Though it is probably quite challenging to change the fundamentals of how you view the game while already being world-class.
I think there's one thing he can do to improve significantly, he needs to slow the game down (on his part of course). When he slows the game down, he can see the bigger picture and discovering proper action to take based on the info he gathered. He seems to rush things and felt compelled to make things happen even the situation doesn't allow him to. He's too tense when he's on the ball and he need to chill out a lil bit. Under Poch, I can see him improving bit by bit because Poch is an excellent man to man manager but under Maresca? My prediction is his time is counting because Maresca is a system coach and Mudryk has to do it all by his own
mudryk has potential and it is something worth developing. his performances are usually bang average to good but his mistakes are targeted solely bcuz of his price tag and i dont believe pochettino did the best for mudryks confidence constantly subbing him on and off never giving him the consistent play time needed to develop it was a bad environment and he did play well towards the tail end of last season he performed better when he was given more time, simple. use joao for main matches and develop mudryk by giving him guranteed play time in conference FA or small prem matches. his potential IS WORTH the time to develop.
I can't blame him really, he has been under a lot of pressure from a young age and let's not forget that his home has been in war since before he left, I'm bot sure if that still affects him but it would affect me if my home was
I love Chelsea as a club, but this fan base is disgusting. Turning young players into memes, sending them abusive messages and comments after every game on every social media platform, etc etc. And then are somehow disgruntled when they don’t perform 😂
And to add to your point, he didn’t play for a whole year because the league in Ukraine was cancelled because of the war. Nor is he a product of a foreign elite academy or had the benefit of playing under any elite players in his position to learn from at any point in his career so far.
Yeah, some of our ukrainian players think they are big enough to play in top leagues in top teams, wich is outright delusional. Mid leagues in mid teams is sufficient enough an we are decent there(Mykolenko, Tsygankov Dovbyk), but that's the limit. The thing is that sports in Ukraine is post-soviet and mostly focused on developing Olympic athleticism and not specific sport like football or basketball. We have good-great athletes, but do not develop specific skills and basically do not fund specific sports. Even Shevchenko wasn't an amazing footballer, but he was a great athlete and was developed by a great manager Lobanovskiy in Dynamo. Can't blame Mudryk, it's not his fault he was overpaid -- his value was 35-40 mill max, and even that is generous. He would already be forgotten and or sold by this window if Chelsea got him for 20-30 mill, but people expect stars from a cocky mid-table lad that was mis-scouted. Chelsea can definitely sell, but the buying politics in this club is questionable.
@@Nix-nb3zn makes no sense at all, His confidence was sky high when he left shaktar, It was only ruined because he went into a mess of a team and no coherent plan and didn't get a run of games. @@ironcrusader728 then why doesnt every player have their confidence shattered the second they join chelsea? Weak excuse for mudryk, just look at palmer when it comes to a baller playing ball regardless of circumstance
I honestly believe that his deal and the price Chelsea paid for him was some sort of money laundering scheme to send money to Ukraine. It makes no sense to me paying that high of an amount for such a player.
like mares a said it’s the decision making and confidence that’s the problem the ability is there he just needs to figure out the mental side and have a coach who helps his decision making and I believe he can flourish
He always looks like…you know how when you havnt played for a while and you need to get your touch back and you just feel something is off with how you move. He always. Feels. Like. That.
He trains incredibly hard. he tries and tries again. He's not afraid to make mistakes and practically everything he does is in order to make something happen. Create a chance, score himself or simply stir up the defense a bit. There is undeniable talent in this man and he regularly shows glimpses of it. It might not be the best metric but despite all his failed attempts he consistently manages to get me excited about what he does next. Something about his playstyle, I assume. What he attempts is naturally risky and it's a testament to the ability of other creative forwards that they do it so consistently but Mudryk just seems to not be there yet with his own ability. Though I have to agree that he makes it harder for himself with some of his decision making (as wonderfully explained in this video) and he's looked really lost while trying to defend last season under Poch. I really have to agree with the protecting of the ball. Would explain why it so often looks like a foul when he gets dispossessed but the ref doesn't blow it. The reason he looked out of place last season is likely because he's massively undercoached all while Poch gave the team a lot creative freedom. Mudryk has played about half as many career minutes as Enzo Fernandez has while being the same age (as per Transfermarkt). I have no doubt that he'll do much better under Maresca when he is given clearer and stronger instructions on what to do. Overall this video was really well balanced and explained a lot of the troubles with Mudryk really well. As a Chelsea fan I watched him a lot but you bring up points that I never thought to consider. Well done.
could you a topic on why premier teams does not have money to buy players because some teams every window is a shopping spree while most its like we need to sell 11 players to buy a player. it really puzzle. they say the premier league is a lucrative and pays well. so sorry its out of topic
It’s simple he’s been given mega money for over 7 years to live in London and no matter how terrible he is he will be making millions, the reason is Chelsea, if he’d have joined Arsenal he’d probably have lit up the premier league
Hahaha that closing statement about the formula one car is cold 😂 I think he can be a useful last ditch effort coming on from the bench, Chelsea should be using his pace to their advantage when the opposition players start to get tired, so I say bring him on in the final 10-15 mins and he can cause problems.

No it’s not lmfao none of us could play for Chelsea. Yeah I get they’re having a rough few years or whatever but wow that’s a stretch
Nah mate you couldn't i think you are forgetting that they are still a professonall football club even though sometimes the dont look like one
No u wouldn’t lil bro
You might want to try out for Scarnthorpe United and see if you can make it before claiming you can play for a perennial PL team mate
So glad we got Trossard and not this wasteman! His neck tattoo says it! 😂
Mudryk vs 36 year old James Milner 🔥🔥🔥
Gotta love how Samu Omorodion (the guy from atlético they wanted to swap Gallagher for) went NOPE and joined Porto instead, a very smart move for his carreer i wish Estevão William had made. Chelsea always was a difficult club but under Bohly they gone nuclear. If Mudryk choose Arsenal im sure he would at least be better
That’s not what happened 1st it wasn’t a swap 2 separate deals and he only said no because he felt disrespected that Chelsea only wanted 50% of his image rights
@@aaronlewis7044he wanted Chelsea to take more money off him? You obviously don't understand what image rights are 😂
As a Chelsea fan, Mudryk needs to thrive at another club.
“The story of Mudryk can be described with one sentence.”
“Should’ve joined Arsenal.”
The entire history of the Misha belongs in one song - betrayal and Airplane ua-cam.com/video/QjlZAbjUuV8/v-deo.html Red and blue color. So Mudryk broke during the contract between Arsenal and Chelsea
Or just not joined Chelsea lol
@@Duval-In-The-Wall i feel like the 90% of chelsea's current squad would've had better careers if they just didnt join chelsea
lost me at “we know, that he has a large amount of talent”😂😂
Mudryk will come good. He will, I believe.
Facts
This video was such thoughtful constructive feedback for the player. I wish Murdryk sees this and doesnt merely react to it but genuinely puts his head down and starts working. Great stuff Vizeh!
I believe he is not a winger, but a number 10. Any time he played centrally, he cooked. But again that position is stacked, he can only abuse his pace out wide where he has no one to link up with. I believe the arrival of Felix, Neto and a fit Nkunku could remind him of his flair and directness where he can cut inside with some one else holding the width
I'd say Timo Werner is a good comparison. Although Werner has achieved way more than Mudryk, they both have the same weaknesses
Sad.
no one will improve at chelsea, they just want instant fixes and profits
Idk about no ego, didn't he start making fun of a random guy in the gym for no reason.
No ego is wild😂 dude has one of the biggest ego in chelsea
He's ass he need to go
@@M1gs😂😂😂 🤡
as soon as I saw that american housewife sunday clean-up haircut, I knew this individual isn't going anywhere.
Mudryk? "What the hell is even that?!"
too committed to being a show pony instead of a ruthless attacking player
Tod Boehly is just too funny man, just wanted the player because Arsenal wanted him lol. He is so clueloss how do Chelsea fans accept that he made himself Sporting director 🤣
I hope that’s not the case honestly, think it was another ‘Flavor of the month’ hype signing
Now we have trossard. Chelsea missed out on a star.
@@sameeknowsitallNah! Trossard would also have been bad at Chelsea 😂
he just scored now😂🎉
@johancruyff9908 It's on record that Mudryk was a Behdad Eghbali signing... Eghbali flew to Turkey by private jet, and returned to London with Mudryk.
I think his tattoo sums him up pretty well 'talent ain't enough'
9:16 ea based the ai on him
Ukraine have some of the funniest combination of wingers you could imagine. Tsyhankov and Yarmolenko on the right, who are 100% brain but 0 muscles, and Mudryk on the left, who's completely opposite.
Mudryk is one of my favorite players in the world easily, we haven’t seen the best of him yet.
If Mudryk improves on his shooting, passing, decision making. Football IQ he could be a good footballer.
@@ddvsgd9508 and dribbling, strength, control, mindset, heading, teamwork, yeah he could be decent after that
9:57 is ridiculous! He had the space and time to score but just kicked without stopping the ball and getting it ready for a comfortable shot...
Good riddance, I say
shakhtar forced him coz chelsea offered more
Bro he literally created the “shit guy finally scored” meme 😭
Loved this analysis❤
Its psychological, that boy never wanted to join Chelsea in the first place,it must be hard playing for w club you don't like, especially if you were forced to do so. I still believe Arteta can unlock him.
As a Chelsea fan I've been asking the same question for ages.
I think his skill would have shone spectacularly in a different setting. I also think at Arsenal, he could’ve been a sensational success considering his form at Shakhtar Donetsk a while ago if he wouldn’t have joined Chelsea.
I think even at Arsenal his decision making would still be questioned, however the environment would definitely be more beneficial for him I’d say
Considering how havertz is at arsenal i think he would have been great there
At arsenal he would have been sold, arteta wouldnt put up with his decision making not when they are trying to win the league, too much of an unknown in terms of what u get from him.
He’s best coming off the bench actually!
The streets *will* forget Mudryk
I feel like there needs to be competition for his position. With the integration of Sancho hope fully it doesn't end up too toxic and gives Mudryk a space to grow and work hard for his position
It seems crazy to me that Mudryk looks so insanely talented in technical terms but then seems to fall so short on the team-aspect of the game. Could he develop also his mental abilities up to par?
Though it is probably quite challenging to change the fundamentals of how you view the game while already being world-class.
You think he is world class cause he is fast? 😂 Aaron Lennon was obviously world class 😂
The competitive nature of Chelsea probably doesn’t help him feel free, it can be a mentality thing in terms of pressure too
I'm a chelsea fan and i still love him because he is hilarious. Sometimes shit is what happened is gold
Just barely noticed you’ve got a catfish and the bottlemen vinyl on the wall. My respect just went up 10x
He confidence is at rock bottom at Chelsea needs a new challenge.
Wonder what he’d do if he went away to France or something
Probably banter since the french league is where most russians play
Golovin safonov and friends@@Vizeh
I reckon we should just loan him to Strasbourg so he can recieve more game time and find his footing
@@harambeepstein8009On those wages? Yeah...no. Perhaps it could work for half a season, but not a full year.
Todd Boehly needed a way to send money to Ukraine, so they bought him for 80M
He should go to prison if that was actually the reason for wasting the money
Ballon d'Or potential.
He would have been a different animal right now had he gone to Arsenal
@@johnoostveen1856 he wouldn’t win nothing in Assnal either, don’t worry x
You mad, he's that one last key that Arsenal needs to unlock their full peptential
i dont think so. His biggest problem is confidence and I don't think it would have been any better at arsenal
@@Nix-nb3zn makes no sense at all, His confidence was sky high when he left shaktar, It was only ruined because he went into a mess of a team and no coherent plan and didn't get a run of games. Where if he went to arsenal he would have walked into a together unit fighting for the title with a clear system and a place to play consistently.
@@ironcrusader728 then why doesnt every player have their confidence shattered the second they join chelsea? Weak excuse for mudryk, just look at palmer when it comes to a baller playing ball regardless of circumstance
you're nearly at 500k bro keep going
Overhyped is what he is, and always was too.
Mudryk is not a professional footballer, hes just a talented semipro!
Mudryk Prime in 2015 was Amazing 🤩
@lucamitta5610
Him vs prime Antony was definitely the highlight of football back in 2008
I honestly believe that his deal and the price Chelsea paid for him was some sort of money laundering scheme to send money to Ukraine. It makes no sense to me paying that high of an amount for such a player.
100%
I haven’t watched it yet but I agree based on the title alone. Can’t wait to agree after watching it later.

Sorry lad
It's always the masses.
Mudryk has unbelievable potential can’t wait for it to click for him
I want to see him try and play as an inverted winger I feel it might help him
like mares a said it’s the decision making and confidence that’s the problem the ability is there he just needs to figure out the mental side and have a coach who helps his decision making and I believe he can flourish
Mudryk + Antony on the wings
Dream team
Well done.
Feels like a perfect fit on ManU bench
I still love mudryk, i feel he has potentials. His problem is that he's never settled in his mind and kinda instills too much pressure to his head
Ending comments had me dying, pls do more what evens
i kinda wanna see mudryk in an attacking 8 role we use i just want to see him pick up the ball and run at the defense
Mudryk is not stupid, he just had no TOP class school in academy. Also he has to learn how to control his high pace
I feel like Dortmund or AC Milan would be a good growing environment for him
could you a topic on why premier teams does not have money to buy players because some teams every window is a shopping spree while most its like we need to sell 11 players to buy a player. it really puzzle. they say the premier league is a lucrative and pays well. so sorry its out of topic
His last transfer was not in the interests of the player’s development but rather to benefit the selling parties. Quite a sacrifice
It’s simple he’s been given mega money for over 7 years to live in London and no matter how terrible he is he will be making millions, the reason is Chelsea, if he’d have joined Arsenal he’d probably have lit up the premier league
Honestly as you said he has talent and he just seems like he over thinks it and tries to to do to much but he also lucks confidence.
Noni Madueke is actually killing it tho
Hahaha that closing statement about the formula one car is cold 😂 I think he can be a useful last ditch effort coming on from the bench, Chelsea should be using his pace to their advantage when the opposition players start to get tired, so I say bring him on in the final 10-15 mins and he can cause problems.
