THE BIRD STREETS

This week we need to bring our A game because we are rolling around the A listers in a neighborhood called The Bird Streets. This celeb-filled area in the Hollywood Hills is perched north of Beverly Hills, and I see why it attracts the clientele that it does. Aside from the beautiful homes, there is a lot of privacy and no through streets so they don't get many people like me rolling by! If there's anything we've learned about the Hills is that the roads are really steep, really narrow, and have really spectacular views. There is one long climb in the Bird Streets, after which we head back down, ride a little on the famous Sunset Strip, and then make our way back to the westside. I could make a pretty good paparazzi, no one would ever suspect a cyclist!

Beautiful video.
One of the joys of cycling is hearing the sounds.
I would ditch the music and let each neighbourhood tell it's story through the sights and the sounds plus your commentary!

Thanks! That's very true about the sounds, but all the camera catches is either wind gusts or me huffing and puffing up a hill haha. I guess that's something people will have to hop on their bikes to experience🐦🎶😊

Haha thanks! The mountain rides tend to be longer, but I can always revisit the neighborhoods for some additional footage. I don't mind doing some more house hunting🙂
