I also really like your dynamic together, you seem like you actually like each other and that's moving in a way :P I found your channel yesterday and I have been bingeing episodes for about 24 hours. Favourite houses so far are the Prince house where the elevator went sideways and the Calabasas house where you interviewed the architect on the second channel. Thanks for the nice tours! I love how the color palettes of the two kitchens is different, the main one is with darker tones and the second one is in the white tones. Maybe because the lower level don't get so much natural light than the upper one. Also, I love how the architect/developer paid attention to laundry room because its very unusual to have that big. All in all, what a nice house! Looking forward for more house like this, Enes and the team. Keep it up!

(Jesus Christ is coming back! Soon!)
(Ezekiel 21:8)- “give the people this message from the Lord.”
(Isaiah 40:9)- shout from the mountaintops! Shout it louder! Shout and do NOT be afraid. Tell the towns, your God is coming!”
(Joel 2:1)- “the day of the Lord is upon us.
(Joel 2:12)- That is why the Lord says, “turn to me now while there is time.”
(Isaiah 43:4)- “you are precious to me and I love you.”
(Isaiah 43:25)- “And I will NOT remember your sins.”
(Ezekiel 18:27)- “If people turn from their sins and do what is right, they will save their lives.

Just because you’ve done these things doesn’t mean that you’re a bad person. He still loves you regardless! Never let anyone tell you otherwise☺️
The important thing is this! He wants everyone that is observing this message here today, to do their best in order to turn away from the following list of things before He arrives and he will open the gates of heaven to you:

Of all houses featured in this channel, this is the most integrated and innovative. It provides a satisfactory set of resolutions to the problems of building on the side of a hill. The solutions are ingenious. The pool at the edge of the property liberates the center of the lot. The impression given is that we are on a vast grass-carpeted area, a soccer field (without the maintenance, that is.) And then, of course, the great opening roof is the source of air and light and it serves as the great spine that holds the vast spaces together. Naturally and effortlessly, house, awning, lawn and pool seem like a seamless construct expanding the already generous built space all the way to the water and, cleverly, to the views of the city beyond.

I think of all the homes I’ve seen on your channel, this one resonates the most with me. It’s not so much because of the size, but from room to room, the furniture really stood out and exemplified comfort over form. The whole building oozed in warmth in spite of the extensive use of concrete, but the wood and warm metal tones really created a soothing ambiance. Another excellent tour, Enes and Mikey! Mikey: "I have been on this earth for 31yrs, never heard of a washing table". Mikey's reaction to the washing table is funny. that table in a spa is called washing table, the one in a pet clinic called grooming table, the one in a morgue called autopsy table.
Love the design, bot interior and architecture, the design is in between contemporary style and minimalism. no over-decoration, keep everything functional with a unified cleanness taste. adding triangle deco in the details which across the whole house to show the unique "personality" of the house is a brilliant touch.

ad 24:57 - the purpose of a salt wall is to ionize the air (or so I have heard) - and to give off salt particles into the air, making it a healthier environment, just like you have when you are close to the sea. Plus: it looks amazing. :)
And a conscious thought about the SensDep tank: this will leave salty footprints everywhere when there's no possibility to wash your feet nearby after a sitting. I didn't see one such footwash possibility, so it migh be a little messy when you use it?
Question by the way: I did not see a bathtub? Or did I miss one?
