You could’ve just looked it up instead of being divisive in the same old same old way: Literally first few sentences on Wikipedia: it’s neither Armenian nor Turkish. also look up the Finnish kantele which isn’t even in the same region Music doesn’t belong to anyone “qanun, kanun, ganoun or kanoon (Arabic: قانون, romanized: qānūn; Armenian: քանոն, romanized: k’anon; Sorani Kurdish: قانون, romanized: qānūn; Greek: κανονάκι, romanized: kanonáki; Hebrew: קָאנוּן, qanun; Persian: قانون, qānūn; Turkish: kanun; Azerbaijani: qanun; Uyghur: قالون, romanized: qalon) is an Arabic string instrument played either solo, or more often as part of an ensemble, in much of the Arab East, and Arab Maghreb region of North Africa, later it reached West Africa, Central Asia due to Arab migration. It was also common in ancient (and modern-day) Armenia, and Greece. The name derives ultimately from Ancient Greek: κανών kanōn, meaning "rule, law, norm, principle".

The fact that you want to put a price to this ("I would pay to listen") shows you lack the depth to understand its beauty my friend

I recognized the song at the end! It's "Katyusha", a Russian folk song.
I love kanun already and this song(s) but this might just be my favorite piece of both! Thank you!
Both instruments are my favourite ones... And that music is killing me... I enjoy it's quality maaan...
