This is great pizza oven for the price . I make 16'' pies all the time and they come out great . I preheat the oven for at least 20 minutes and set the temps top 230C and bottom at 280C.
I saw a few people mention that it can scorch countertops. Have you had any issues with that type problem? I would like to purchase one but I don't want to burn down my house
@@skye1263it won’t burn but it definitely can negatively affect sensitive materials If you have stone or granite countertops you won’t have any issues if you have wood that might not be ideal You can also get aftermarket legs that are taller and not have any issues at all

If I put my oven at full temp, the bottom burns. What was the final temp for the bottom and top you like?
