just a pointer, the “outer lat” you’re referring to would actually be your lower lat. (the lat muscle doesn’t have a inner/outer) they have 3 parts from upper, medial and lower lat 🤝🏽 & the “pull down” exercise is for your upper and mid-back and your form looked perfect! It shouldn’t be hitting your “lat” muscle 💡 On a side note, keep killing it bro, you’re helping me with my running journey 💪🏽
just a quick tip, static streches before working out reduce youre capacity, leave those for after the workout, mobility and dinamyc streches is what you whant before the workout ✌🏼
Do you follow a specific plan for both running and lifting? Curious how you break up workouts between speed, long runs, heavy compounds and lighter days in the gym.
Tommy . Thanks for sharing your knowledge. You are an inspiration to anyone that watches your video. This is my 2nd of your video that I just discovered. I workout 5 days a week and taking some of your knowledge. If you were in my area, I would hire you as my personal trainer. This is what I am looking for. Thanks for sharing .
Winter. We’re up in here in Minnesota USA talmbout winter. She was a mean one this year too. Finally good sunrise run season . Getting hot already though. 🤙🏻
Hi Tommy, I´ve been following your videos, really nice work. I´m kind of doing the same hybrid approach but I´m having difficulties in the morning running sessions. In the beggining I was doing them kind in a fasted state (only with a coffee) but I noticed that after 30 minutes on my performance just go down, so I tried to have breakfast before the run session but with that I began to have some pains in my stomach and the sense of being full. What strategy do you use? Keep up with the good work and content
It depends what run i am doing. G1M sport has carbs in it so i don't always need to eat food before my easy runs. Watch my other videos if you want info on what i eat before quick runs.
I've been hearing that to get faster you need to run slower, but how gradual should someone change their 'slow pace'? I've seen guys run at the same slow pace for many months and just never changed. What worked for you? Great stuff btw
Great question mate! The slow easy runs are used to build your aerobic base while not taking too much of a toll on your body. I usually do 4 easy runs a week, one speed workout with intervals once a week and lastly one long easy run on the weekend.
Glad I was recommended this channel! It is a Gem!!!!

Nice vid ❤️❤️
the stats are a bit confusing :D the average pace is 5 km per hour, running (moving) time is 1 hour and in total distance is 12 km? how's that? :D
It's 5 mins per KM pace.
What is 12 x 5 mins?
It's 60 mins which is one hour.
@@tommynewell Great that you gave me a math lesson. I Appreciate your attitude to your subscribers!

good
XD
In my opinion you are way to small. You are an athletic type, indeed. But 2-3 months bulking would be better for your physique. My opinion :)
5 minute pace is easy? Wtf
5 min/km is my easy pace yep.
Hey @tommynewell the Typeform link isn't working.
