The voice overs are definitely better. If someone says it's boring it's because they aren't actually looking to learn.
Facts bro i agree!
Totally agree
Yeah, if someone doesn’t have the same opinion as you then they’re wrong and you’re right 😂
The tip about doing speed work and a leg workout on the same day stood out to me. I’ve wondered often what the best way to structure that would be but often my legs feel the worst for a couple days following so maybe that could work! Thanks I’ll give it a go.
It just works out best if you want the most recovery before your weekend long run.
I was impressed when I saw your lifting form! Happy to see someone who knows what they're doing :)
I appreciate that!
Keep the voice overs who ever said that was a hater I am enjoying your content so far!
Legend!
Keep up the work! Started watching & thought you were a big fitness youtuber with 500k + subs. Love the content & fully invested 😊
I appreciate that!
Good video and informative. Voice overs helped give added info and keep doing please 👍🏻
Solid work man. Keep going! Concerning running, do you have problems with your fingerfeet when running 70km per week?
Never have issues with my feet usually bro.
Voice overs are great 👍🏽
Thanks!
Absolutely fantastic, Tommy. Just love the authenticity of your content. The voice is fine, I'm here to learn, so the voice isn't a factor🙏👍💪❤️💯🫡
Why is 5:30 so bright? Here you can start to see the sun at 7:30
Hey there, been thinking about starting to run again and came up with this vid and it gave me the will to do it!
Anyone could give me an example of what is a speed workout? For example if i run 5km normal days and a long for 10km a speed would be a faster 5km or…?
Don't listen to naysayers
100%
Ur voiceovers are too good bruhhhh just ignore them 🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️❤️
shame there is no bpn in uk I would love to try
Soon hopefully!
clear and honest dude.. great video! i do a 9 to 6 job so i end up packing weights and running indoor during the week.. and ill leave the long run for Sundays.. maybe 10k or 21k.. cheers from Patagonia Argentina!
Excellent video, Tommy. Thank you. 💪
Glad you liked it!
Finally a perspective from another tradie! Seems most guys I follow are work from home types, which is fine but man it is a challenge to keep training sustainable especially after a brutal week at work. Thanks for sharing, these are helpful tips and inspiring
Glad you enjoyed it!
Hey mate - goods stuff just came across your channel as well. How/where do you get BPN supps in Oz? Cheers
Hey mate at the moment it's pretty pricey to get the supps out here to Australia but the crew is working on making it much cheaper in the future.
Can you do a video on your Speed sessions and what they look like, and maybe some pro tips on how to do them. Thanks!
Sure thing!
Great content man.
Do we do this start from the get go?
After bulk ?( During cut)
During bulk ? (Lean bulk)
How do you keep your knees healthy with so much running volume? Do they ever get sore or hurt?
thats what the weight lifting is for. gotta stregthen the muscles around your knees and you wont have pain.
Weight lifting and I have found instead of biking swimming helps taking pressure off the knees. Have had surgeries on both my knees but am able to follow a very similar structure bc of strength training and proper recovery
Song selections on point in the long form vids aswell as the shorts.
Voice over is great it gives context and tips 👍
Glad you think so!
Loving this vid! Inspiring! Exactly what I needed to see today! Also... how amazing are the Superblast!

Whaaat wow, how do you get your heartrate to be 147 bpm with 5:00/km??? At that speed i am already training in zone 4 at 179 bpm. Any tipps on training my heart to become more efficient and train faster on slower heart rates?
I run currently about 4-5 times a week betweek 7-12km always in zone 4-5 (max at 179 bpm)
Check out zone two training/ maffetone method.

You’re missing a lot of key things that need to be discussed when structuring your training. People focus too much on single weeks. Look at it from a month to two month perspective. When you say “it’s depends on you”, you should specify what you mean by that. A lot of people will take this, go maybe two weeks and get hurt bad or destroy their body and lose almost all confidence. Everyone needs to start very slow and at a low volume. Adding all these different type of training sessions and runs. You may be able to run 40 miles in a week but don’t expect to keep that same mileage and knock out 2-3 strength sessions on top of that. Just because you worked upper body doesn’t mean the body is not stressed. Not trying to be an ass but a 18 minute video with 12 minutes of VLOG is not close to what you need to cover this topic. Best of luck.
Feel free to make your own youtube videos mate.
🔥🔥🔥❤️🔥
Is this hybrid programming on the playbook app?
No mate all this kind of programming is on my TommyFit app. A lot more detailed than anything I have on playbook. www.tommyfit.net/personalised-program
First time watching your video
Great video- I love the voice over
Thanks and welcome
Very useful advises
Glad you think so!
An educational video needs a voice over, otherwise it's just a trailer.
Take your shirt off in a U.K. gym, you would get kicked out in short order 😂😂
I'm sure it would be fine if it's a private gym like this one and no one else in there.
