    I finally made this very requested video for you to learn how to lose weight and lose belly fat. I hope these tips and ticks for weight loss are useful to you and just remember that it's important to accept where you are right now to move forward and change.
    Belly fat is not only about how you look, it indicates your overall health. There are two types of fat; subcutaneous fat, which is under your skin and the most surface level fat. And visceral fat, which surrounds your organs and is at a deeper level. The stress hormone ( cortisol ) plays an important role in the storage of visceral fat. As levels of cortisol increase, visceral fat storage increases. But you can reduce this type of fat by following a good diet and eating healthy foods.
    Please remember that weight loss depends on a lot of factors and everyone requires different portions depending on body weight, height and metabolism. What I eat in a day might be not enough or too much for your body. Just remember to listen to how you feel when you eat and if these foods sit well on your stomach.
