A lot of glamour to this coach but I wish people understood how FAST you exceed the 900 LB CCC. Add two people, a medium size dog, some water, cloths, folding chairs, camp gear, grill, food etc, and you are far over the allowable CCC. I can tell you from personal experience that overloading can create serious issues to the coach. But a very nice looking rv.
WOW just wow. I have never been a fan of Coachmen, but I am impressed with all the extra stuff they added. I am blown away. They are really listening. Coachman, you are moving in the right direction. I am becoming a fan. Charmaine 💜
Great class c. In 2014 we added an adjustable split king bed - two twin xl beds- because my husband didn’t want a CPAP so now he sleeps head up and no snoring! So glad RV manufacturers are getting up to speed on these types of accommodations.
Looks terrific but low cargo capacity is a deal breaker for us. Remember people and pets count too. Bummer because otherwise I love the kitchen counter space.
Gorgeous and very exciting however CCC is absolutely unacceptable and dangerous. Why did you design this rig to fail? Also, that whole table set up is really unattractive. Can we substitute a trifold sofa for the dining table? Or to replace the recliners? I’d prefer to have 2 seating areas and nix that table and chair set up. This has so much potential and I’m about to purchase my first RV but the Concord, fabulous as it is, Is not ready for prime time. Can’t wait ‘til it is!
If overweight, there will be issues for you if you have a wreck, no matter who was responsible. Your insurance will question your ability to handle the coach to avoid a wreck. Sometimes fuel is not included in the manufacturer's guestimate of CCC. Then, there's that 500-pound hitch weight to consider if you tow.... And, "options" usually are not included in the CCC (think dishwasher, wine fridge, combo washer, etc.).
Looks super nice. Love the slam latch doors on the outside, nice looking furniture, wine fridge, dishwasher AND WASHER/DRYER!!!! WOW!! Coachmen is pulling out all the stops!!
Looks amazing, and priced nice for all that you are getting. But with that said, a full tank of fuel and 2 grown adults leaves you only about a 300 pound cargo carry capacity. That's no water, supplies, clothing, pets, gear or food. What good is all of that tremendous storage, if your unable to use it?
We love the slam latch storage doors, but Unscrewed the frames and flipped our 2012 models over so the doors open down. That way you are not trying to hold them open while loading or unloading. None of ours hit the ground so there is clearance and we have not had any water leaks because of the mod. I hope they sell a ton of these, people will like them.
This Class C is amazing! Never seen anything like it. A combo washer dryer and fisher washer and wine cellar. How cool is that? Not a bad price either. You get a lot for the money. Thank you Izzy and MJ for showing this Coachmen.
Thanks for the great tour and review. We have owned a 2012 Coachman Concord 300TS for six years and love it. Perfect for a retired couple. Also ours has three slide outs so a big air mattress can go on the front floor if you have a full sized guest. My adult granddaughter easily sleeps on the jackknife couch. Our occc with one AC and 30 amp power and two AGM six volt batteries is 2344 pounds. That includes full fuel and LP but not water, people and gear. Thats a great design.
This is the most amazing Class C I've ever seen, tons of features and at an incredible price! With all the storage space, you'd really have to watch what you fill it with, you could quickly exceed the carrying capacity. But kudos to Coachman, they have really responded to market conditions!
I commented too quickly. An articulating king-sized bed, a combo washer-dryer, and lots of windows fore and aft! For $150K, this is a superb deal, ideal for weekend or short getaways. WOW! I know if it were diesel, it would be much more expensive, but it's still a catch with the gas engine.
Interesting new options that I haven’t seen in a class C. Don’t feel a need for a wine fridge and dishwasher but we might be in the minority. It’s all about what sells their unit over another manufacturer.
The more I have looked at this unit the more I love it. I love, love, love the cab over window and won't even consider models without one, however I would want the bunk over with the window, that is more of a personal preference as the grandkids love it. That would give even less cargo carrying capacity but this layout, with a cab over bunk on an F53 Chasis is really what I would buy now and no one makes it. Dinette over chais also but that is something I would even put in myself so not a big deal. 1) Love the plush theatre seats. Would prefer the middle arm rest though. This is a couples only coach which limits market. 2) F53 Chasis. A must as the 900lbs would be easy maxed out with a couple bikes and groceries. 3) Love, love, love the King tilt bed and general layout 4) 24x36 shower, needs to be 30x36 minimum. As a bigger guy that is a must and coachman has only ONE class C with a 30x36. Any person with broad shoulders is not going to be able to turn sideways. Those are my opinions and everyone has one, they are more nit picks, but for me the bunk and shower are the only things preventing me from considering this. I am really looking forward to next years offerings to see if their are more floor plans. I like what coachman is doing.
Incredible coach! It has everything and more that I am looking for. I would delete the dishwasher and wine fridge. 900 OCCC is way too low to be practical. It’s lower than many of the Mercedes chassis RVs. I would like a bunk over the cab too.
Very impressive. Hard to believe all of the extras and it's only $149 k. For everything piled into it I'm surprised the OCCC It's 900 lb. Impressive but I would go with a Class A for the extra cargo carrying capability.
Hey, sorry we missed you at the show! I'm sure we will get to meet you somewhere along the road somewhere. Just wanted to thank you for the inspiration to make a change in our lives.
Thank you. I love the Rig. I wish I were ready. When I do come close to purchasing a Rig, I would like to 1st speak with you both. I respect your opinions. It will be the beginning of 2026. I pray you'll still be here. Thank you again so much. ✌️😁
The price really surprised 😮me with those options! Personally, I’d opt for more drawers over the wine fridge. The rest are awesome. My biggest concern is the leg room in the driver and passenger seats. Typically I don’t have enough room in the E-class Ford’s.
Hey Izzy and MJ, I hope that yall are having a great day! I like this Coachman class C motorhome. With all the features that you are getting on the inside and outside of this unit it doesn't matter that you only get alittle over 900lbs of cargo carrying capacity, plus the rear hitch is rated for 7500lbs but I would never tow the max weight for the hitch. I do like that you get the generator with this class C. The full body paint looks great. I do like that you get plenty of storage on the outside and on the inside! It surprised me when you told us and showed us the air-fryer suspension! Thank yall for showing us this Coachman class C motorhome. I hope yall stay safe and thank yall for everything that yall do for us! Can't wait to see the next recipe that you show us. Your fan Leonard from North Carolina!
Thank you for sharing. I believe this is a nice unit and the price is right if there are no issues with the slides, water leaks, plumbing, electrical, etc. Given the many quality issues today in the industry writ large, an inspection by a certified inspector should be conducted accordingly. Otherwise, it’s just another nice RV at a good price point.
So glad to see Coachmen finally step up since changing owners! I’d really consider this unit but my 2018 Coachmen Leprechaun 311FS just works for us, although a larger shower and king size bed sure would be nice…Great job on the video.
I love it!! Wow! I could so live in that. The features are amazing! But for me, I don’t need the wine cooler or dishwasher. I would rather have an oven. But all in all, I’m impressed!!
Izzy and MJ, great video and a super cool RV. I wanted to attend the RV show this year but work related travel made it impossible. Again, a really nice unit. Thanks for the review.
Unbelievable, the accessories, but my concern would be the square footage is for mount of for instance how many wine bottles does the wine cooler hold and how many square feet is the dishwasher. All of these appliances seem to be very small. Love the video. Keep up the great work.Thomyt
Just the type of review I’ve been looking for from your channel. I enjoyed the review and it seems like a really good bang for your buck RV. This is on my list to check out in coming months.
So I don’t see a bunk over the cab. Our 12-yr-old daughter is now 5’5” and still growing. We have a 30’ 2023 Coachmen Freelander we’ve had almost two years. We’d love bigger but need that third bed. Darn.
They perks are amazing but if they took the wine cooler and the dishwasher out, wouldn't that raise the carrying cargo capacity which seems more important.
Very nice! I would like a rig for a cat box area, I want a door that open on the outside for dumping/cleaning. Nice rig. The wine rack and dishwasher are a little much but I can see how some would enjoy it. Thank you
I like watching these reviews. This was a very nice unit. Are there electrical outlets at bedside? We elderly need for cpap use at night. I like the usb plug in there too.
On the payload, does the fresh water and gasoline count against that load? If so it seems a full tank of each and two passengers close to the max. 22000lb chassis? Thanks, great job showing this one and I've enjoyed the shoe through you guys!
You asked. 8) It was a great tour pointing out all the storage, then all the additional features. What I wanted to know was about the systems. Fresh tank, valving, fill etc. Grey/black, valving system, locations, flushing, cold storage flush system. Very important to me also, engine, size, history. We're retired now...Yayyy. we need a washer and dryer. We're gonna be going all over.I don't even want to thinking about going to a laundry mat We have a nice motor home but we have 3 big dog's . Need to go up to a bit bigger one . We hate Ford's. We have a Chevy.
I'm sorry, but a carrying capacity of only 950 lbs is a deal breaker. WHY would they do this??? Remove the dishwasher, wine cooler and solid surface counters to save on weight. I'm sure the washer/dryer and power bed adds a lot of weight to the RV. We have a power bed at home and it is HEAVY!. Why have so much storage, when you can't carry anything? This is NOT SAFE! While it's nice to have the large front window, it makes it very difficult to keep the coach cool in arid climates.
Nobody makes a better class B unit here in the US than Coachmen. I believe you're starting to see some of that success, build quality, attn to detail, and client feedback spill over to their C class units where they were lacking for a long time. Izzy and MJ, great video and a super cool RV. I wanted to attend the RV show this year but work related travel made it impossible. Again, a really nice unit. Thanks for the review.
I love it! Coachman is my favorite!
We like your video's but because of the low quality of the RV's today can you advise folks to always get a Professional RV inspector before they buy.
We say that in many of our videos. Yes, we highly recommend that.
What’s the point of all that storage with such little ccc.
This is a sweet ride, a bit tight for my taste but perfect for a Nomad couple, only neg. Those chairs, hmmmm not sure. Awesome Price.🎉

Love the RV. Can the combo washer/dryer be taken out if not wanted. This could increase the cargo capacity. I can see purchasing this unit.
Yes, you could do that.
That has so much space and storage space!
Yes!
I LIKE THIS UNIT A LOT
Great class c. Love it!!!
Want to see more class a diesel side entrance
The dishwasher was indeed a surprise.
Love that it doesn’t have those awning style windows
Perfect RV with a Perfect Price.
Thanks for watching!
I thought this was the best of the show a year ago and it was $10,000 more last year!!
I would opt out on the dishwasher and wine cooler for more cabinets
I like watching these reviews. This was a very nice unit. Are there electrical outlets at bedside? We elderly need for cpap use at night. I like the usb plug in there too.
One thing, they need to either add solar on the roof or have it to where you can add solar. I'd upgrade to lithium battery to.
Nice job Coachman.
Class C looks nice!
Glad you like it!
All we need to know now is;
the status of quality control?
What is the slide mechanism? Can't tell from the video.
Yes I like this motor home
Love this one!!!!
Glad you like it!
Why doesn’t coachmen put shelves in the cabinets?
Love it
Thank you for the super c info
I was thinking a hundred thousand more. Nice motor home ! You'd have to watch your weight is all
❤ Love this class c.
Great!
On the payload, does the fresh water and gasoline count against that load? If so it seems a full tank of each and two passengers close to the max. 22000lb chassis? Thanks, great job showing this one and I've enjoyed the shoe through you guys!
Glad you enjoyed!
So the fuel and water do count as payload, correct?
WOW!!!!
Are you carrying your gun? Does Pennsylvania have an exception for law enforcement? Love the show!
PA is open carry. Is also very easy to get a CCW permit.
That fisher-paykel dishwasher is easy to fix

The shower had ample space for those within their appropriate BMI (professional athletes excluded).

Wow. I’d trade in my Coachmen Leprechaun for this model.
Go for it lol

Yes, amazing!
Just take my money. 😅😅
Should have a quiet AC.
You can get ducted units but you will pay for the extra luxury. This is a budget friendly unit.
❤❤❤❤❤
Personally could do without a tiny wine cooler. Talk about wasted space.
Then you option it out

Really, does ANYONE still actually want those 1970's supergraphics on the exterior of their RV?
Many do, yes.
No I like the European paint/graphic design
Would be more interested if it was a diesel. I see the motor struggling, and not lasting as long
It would be about 100k more expensive
Get Alcoa rims and super single tires in the rear and save 400 pounds
I'm sorry, but a carrying capacity of only 950 lbs is a deal breaker. WHY would they do this??? Remove the dishwasher, wine cooler and solid surface counters to save on weight.
