My first Coach House was a 220TB. In my opinion, his RV is a small class C because it is Built on a real truck chassis unlike our first class B + which was built on a3/ 4 ton van chassis. The manufacturer overloaded the suspension and it's handling suffered. The truck chassis is rock solid going places we would have never taken the van. The full 8 foot width really enhances usability of interior space. That dry shower is great. It eliminates looking for a stop with decent showers When your van based wet shower was too cramped to use. Incidentally, we enjoyed our 220 so much we upgraded to a Platinum 272.
Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re thrilled to hear how much you loved your 220TB and that you upgraded to the Platinum 272. It’s great to know our design has enhanced your RV adventures. If you ever have any more feedback or questions, feel free to reach out! Safe travels
Thank you for your continued support! We’re thrilled to hear that you're loving your second Coach House. Wishing you many more great adventures on the road!
Thank you for your feedback! We're glad you found the video informative. There is typically an outlet in the bedroom area designed for easy access, including for devices like a CPAP machine. If you'd like more specific details or need help finding it, feel free to reach out!
I really miss the Ford Econoline Conversion vans for sale. I have a 2001 E150 Conversion Van with 198,892 miles and a Triton 5.4L engine that doesn't leak oil. My wife insists that my next vehicle must have the latest safety features, as I'm a senior citizen. Although I appreciate the RV you're selling, I'm specifically looking for a Conversion van. I might have to contact Conversion Van companies to upgrade my current van.
Thank you! We're glad to hear the twin bed setup won you over! If you have any more questions or need further info, feel free to reach out. Happy travels!

Question: Do you ever send your cutaway's first to a 4X4 up-fitter, or one the buyer had already contracted with, than back for coach work? Seems it would make sense if that's the customer's plan.
This is Jason Bottorff, one of the Coach House reps. We do not send chassis out for 4WD conversions prior to the coach production. However, there are a couple of upfitters who specialize in the E450 chassis where this can be done aftermarket. Specifically, I have worked with Chris at UJoint in North Carolina on a couple of neat projects but you have to start with the right coach!
Really neat rv, like others said, truck needs to be 4x4 and diesel to handle slope and off road situation. Also how does it feel when driving and say after 1 year, 10k miles? Would things hold up well?
That's exciting! We’d love to have you visit for a tour in February. Let us know if there’s anything we can help with as you plan your trip and future Coach House journey!
Thank you for your question! There is actually a removable table that fits right in front of the sofa, perfect for dining. Plus, there’s a flip-up counter next to the sink to give you more space for meal prep. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask!
Yes, it is a 4-season vehicle, but the low temperature rating depends on several factors. Please give us a call at 941-485-0984, and we can go over the details with you!
I don’t have grandkids, can you get theater seating? I wouldn’t mind a wet bath so you could have more counter and cabinet space on the kitchen side , I’m still shopping , but I like this size . The interior color makes it feel bigger This one would be in my top 5. I like the chassis on this one , it does seem more quality than most in this size …..
Our largest model is the Platinum IV 272, offering the most interior space in our lineup. Feel free to reach out for more details or to explore the 272 in person!

The shower is surprisingly large for a 23 ft motorhome. With regards to the refrigerator, the optional compressor unit is shown in the video. The standard refrigerator, an absorption unit, has a top-mounted freezer.
Unfortunately, The E450 is not available from Ford with 4-Wheel drive. However, there are some after market solutions you could look into. The 'B+' label simply refers to a smaller, more streamlined version of a Class C motorhome without the overhead cab bed. It helps differentiate between the various styles within the Class C category. If you have more questions about the features or advantages of B+ models, feel free to ask!
There actually are outlets discreetly placed by the nightstand and above the beds, perfect for powering CPAP machines. They’re designed to blend in for a clean look but are fully accessible when you need them. Let us know if you have any other questions about the layout!
Thank you for your question! While the term "B+" is often used in marketing to describe motorhomes that have a sleeker design than a traditional Class C, they are still technically classified as Class C on the registration. The "B+" label simply refers to a smaller, more streamlined version of a Class C without the overhead cab bed. It’s not a fake term, but rather a way to differentiate between the different styles of Class C motorhomes. If you have any more questions, feel free to reach out!
If they won't tell you how much, it is always, always, always way too much!!! If it was a deal or even a pretty good value they'd be telling you all about the price, when they don't it's because it's ridiculously high. Very nice looking coach however.
We totally get that knowing the price upfront is helpful-pricing on our models can vary based on customization and features, which is why we encourage giving us a quick call for an accurate quote. That way, we can break it down and answer any questions you might have.
The shower in the Platinum 220 has a height of roughly 6'3 ½", which works for most, but we understand it might feel a bit tight for taller folks. Let us know if you have any other questions!
Thank you for the shout-out! That’s right-Coach House is proudly family-owned and independent. We’re committed to maintaining high-quality craftsmanship in everything we build. If you have any questions or need more information, feel free to reach out!

If you have any back or knee or hip problems I doubt if that shower or freezer is going to work out
The shower is surprisingly large for a 23 ft motorhome. With regards to the refrigerator, the optional compressor unit is shown in the video. The standard refrigerator, an absorption unit, has a top-mounted freezer.
Great coach but heating system, water heater, and lithium needs updated. Should eliminate the gen too.

What do you tell people when it says class C on the registration.?
Do you tell them the B+ is a fake marketing scheme.?
