I was 21 yrs old and couldn’t believe I was finally seeing the original Kiss line up in makeup. Detroit was KissWorld that day. The atmosphere was electric. An amazing show to be it and having this video souvenir is pretty rad !

Unpopular opinion: this is my favorite version of Shout It Out Loud, with the video just showing how incredible KISS was with its original lineup. Yes, I love Eric Carr, Vinne, Bruce & the others, but KISS wouldn’t be nothing without Ace & Peter; this video just proves me right, long live KISS 🤘🏻
I was there, I was a KISS fan all thru my youth, by the time i was old enough to really go to a concert they were out of make-up, first concert was KISS in 1985 - Lakeview Arena, Marquette,MI , Animalize Tour, W.A.S.P. opened. I tried to get tickets for the Opening Day reunion tour at Tiger Stadium, but couldn't get thru and by the time I did ; approximately 40min after going on sale, it was sold out. But the gods had shined upon me, I was at work at a local casino and a friend came up to me and said , " Hey, I heard your a KISS fan, I have an extra ticket to Opening Day Reunion Tour at Tiger Stadium". I said something like, Wholly Crap, I'll take it. I have to be honest I tried looking for me in the video. We were only like 62nd row left center stage in front of Gene. They had these pedastals that they got in and swung out over the crowd. When Gene was out as far as his went and played he was like 5ft away from me. It was a dream come true, Finally all 4 originals in makeup, Finally being able to see Peter Criss toss out the roses while singing Beth. I remember seeing all the helicopters in the sky wondering if KISS was coming out of them, before it started. Stone Temple Pilots was suppose to open but lead singer was in rehab so Alice in Chains played. OH Yeah, and finally getting to see Ace do the awesome trademark guitar solo, finally seeing Gene spit blood and do God of Thunder was awesome also.

Yeah. I was at Roger’s arena in Vancouver last November of 2023 to watch their End of the Road tour. It was my first and last KISS concert. But it was one of the best nights of my life!
I was at this show and it transported me back to 1977!! Just Love when Gene Paul Pete and Ace are Happy because when that happens Magic Happens. Love seeing Ace and Pete at the top of their game and Tiger Stadium was a Special place that night!! 75k people just letting loose and having fun all day!! I got talk to Ace 10 yrs later and just smiled with joy over that show and gave me a big hug and started to cry. It means something to them to see people love them!! This is America's Rockband!!
I was at this concert in Detroit, and had a freaking ball. Kiss has some of the most devoted fans. Best concert Ive ever been to. Sadly Tiger stadium no longer exists. Glad I got to see them there. Kiss ROCKS
This show was completely epic! I live in Windsor,Ontario,Canada which is literally right across the river from Detroit & at the time that “KISS” was playing this gig at the old “Tiger Stadium” in Detroit i was living pretty close to the “Ambassador Bridge” & my old apartment building complex was 10-12 stories high & i was on floor 9 or 10 over looking the Windsor/Detroit river & had a beautiful view of the shops coming rolling in + a nice view of “Tiger Stadium” & the night KISS played Tiger Stadium we sat on our balcony over looking the Windsor/Detroit river& we could literally hear & see the fire works of the KISS concert & could pretty much hear the concert fairly well 🤘

I was 22 years old in 1996 when I was there, the happiest day of my life, after years of waiting, I would finally see them reunited, as I always dreamed, it was worth spending my savings and the trip I made from my native of St Louis Missouri, to Detroit to see them reunited, and by the way another great support band, Alice In Chains, thank God and the life that allowed me to make my big dream come true, to see the unique and original KISS, Ace, Gene Peter and Paul, I cried as I they made a lot of fans that night, the thrill of seeing them the first time together 🙏🇺🇸

This brings back a lotta memories, let me tell ya! I saw KISS twice as a teenager; once in '77 and again in '80. I've been to a lotta concerts over the years by big names and not so big, good ones and not so good but I gotta tell ya, there ain't NO ONE gives it like KISS does!! Each time we went with a couple of people who weren't big fans going in but they sure were coming out and it was because they were impressed by just how hard they worked. It's pretty easy to see that they truly love what they do. You gotta love it to give 'er that hard! These guys give absolutely everything! I've no idea where they ever found the energy to party after the concerts. They hold nothing back and give you every ounce they've got. Both times I went, I was totally spent afterwards. What a group!

6 years old and ran across my uncles Kiss album.. I saw them all on the insert.. I asked him what it was... And after a few minutes of explaining the people in the band and what they were representing in their rock costumes and the type of character they were portraying in their music, I was instantly locked in. It was like super heros with music instruments.. Ace was my favorite as soon as I saw his face paint and outfit.. Then come to find out he was a NASTY lead guitar player.... The rest is history. May my Uncle RIP.
I believe this was the very first show of the Alive!/Worldwide Tour. The original lineup of KISS sold out Tiger Stadium in something like 47 minutes. That is the pure definition of fucking legendary
Best live band in history. People can say whatever they want about Gene (and be right most of the time, lol) but still he is an impressive stage presence and showman. Paul said it himself: Gene has always been the face of kiss, even in those years he was absent creatively
To me, this was the best footage mix put out at the time. I had just bought a laptop in 96 and this was all over the dial up internet. It Took me forever to download but god it was worth it. I played this clip nonstop and then bought the first reunion tickets of 96 and sat 2nd row middle in Dallas Reunion Arena. I caught Ace's pick and my wife caught Gene's. Had a brief encounter when Simmons was cutting up with our group after Paul launched his shirt right at us. 20 people dogpiled one poor guy but he stuck the shirt down his pants. He stayed with our group till end of show....One of the most memorable shows I'll always remember. It was truly spectacular to say the least...Great memory

I was there….and it was MAGIC. I never got to see them with makeup in the 70’s as a kid. This reunion tour would be so meaningful in more ways than one. It led me to being in a KISS tribute band, and what would follow changed my life forever. Thank you, KISS!!!

I was at the concert of the reunion tour i Stockholm Sweden. They played at Stockholm Stadium, an outdoor concert. The stadium was sold out two days in a row, and they came back to do it again six months later. It was great to see the original members together again, with an "in-your-face" setlist. Good times :)

My favourite Kiss video . I was at home late at night and it came on and slipped the old VHS tape in and got it and watched it over and over as the tour was coming down under the next year. Never have had and experience like this when they toured and still remember clearly . The Second Coming indeed .

Man what a special time before the internet and reunion tours being no big deal. This was arguably the biggest reunion tour ever at the time and the original 4 hadn’t played together in almost 20 years. Ace and Peter were not always reliable later on but this show just explodes with anticipation, energy, and skill. It wasn’t made to last but for this moment in time they had tiger stadium in the palm of their hand.
Saw them a few years ago, with some of the current members, and saw them a few times over the years with other members(I loved Bruce...). All sounded great. But nothing sounds exactly like KISS except these four guys.
I was 2/3 years old when I saw this video on the TV. First time I heard Kiss... today they are still my fav band of all time Saw them 3 Times and started play guitar because of them. One word.. love.
In the end, when ALL the rock n roll points are finally tallied, KISS will be crowned the Greatest Band In the World. My 12 year old self from 1975 still agrees.

I was at this show and it transported me back to 1977!! Just Love when Gene Paul Pete and Ace are Happy because when that happens Magic Happens. Love seeing Ace and Pete at the top of their game and Tiger Stadium was a Special place that night!! 75k people just letting loose and having fun all day!! I got talk to Ace 10 yrs later and just smiled with joy over that show and gave me a big hug and started to cry. It means something to them to see people love them!! This is America's Rockband!!

I was at this concert in Detroit, and had a freaking ball. Kiss has some of the most devoted fans. Best concert Ive ever been to. Sadly Tiger stadium no longer exists. Glad I got to see them there. Kiss ROCKS

This show was completely epic! I live in Windsor,Ontario,Canada which is literally right across the river from Detroit & at the time that “KISS” was playing this gig at the old “Tiger Stadium” in Detroit i was living pretty close to the “Ambassador Bridge” & my old apartment building complex was 10-12 stories high & i was on floor 9 or 10 over looking the Windsor/Detroit river & had a beautiful view of the shops coming rolling in + a nice view of “Tiger Stadium” & the night KISS played Tiger Stadium we sat on our balcony over looking the Windsor/Detroit river& we could literally hear & see the fire works of the KISS concert & could pretty much hear the concert fairly well 🤘
When I'm sad and the world is falling down my head, at the end of the day I have Kiss. For a few minutes I'm free. Thanks, Kiss!!

I was 22 years old in 1996 when I was there, the happiest day of my life, after years of waiting, I would finally see them reunited, as I always dreamed, it was worth spending my savings and the trip I made from my native of St Louis Missouri, to Detroit to see them reunited, and by the way another great support band, Alice In Chains, thank God and the life that allowed me to make my big dream come true, to see the unique and original KISS, Ace, Gene Peter and Paul, I cried as I they made a lot of fans that night, the thrill of seeing them the first time together 🙏🇺🇸
Finally got to see KISS in 2022. Probably the best show I've ever seen in my life! They don't just simply play, they give you a show, an experience.
There is no Denying the Original members just had that something special, call it a chemistry or whatever, they put on an Amazing show! Great energy, from seeing I see what a KISS show was all about!

This brings back a lotta memories, let me tell ya! I saw KISS twice as a teenager; once in '77 and again in '80. I've been to a lotta concerts over the years by big names and not so big, good ones and not so good but I gotta tell ya, there ain't NO ONE gives it like KISS does!! Each time we went with a couple of people who weren't big fans going in but they sure were coming out and it was because they were impressed by just how hard they worked.
It's pretty easy to see that they truly love what they do. You gotta love it to give 'er that hard! These guys give absolutely everything! I've no idea where they ever found the energy to party after the concerts. They hold nothing back and give you every ounce they've got. Both times I went, I was totally spent afterwards. What a group!

6 years old and ran across my uncles Kiss album.. I saw them all on the insert.. I asked him what it was... And after a few minutes of explaining the people in the band and what they were representing in their rock costumes and the type of character they were portraying in their music, I was instantly locked in. It was like super heros with music instruments.. Ace was my favorite as soon as I saw his face paint and outfit.. Then come to find out he was a NASTY lead guitar player.... The rest is history. May my Uncle RIP.
I believe this was the very first show of the Alive!/Worldwide Tour. The original lineup of KISS sold out Tiger Stadium in something like 47 minutes. That is the pure definition of fucking legendary

To me, this was the best footage mix put out at the time. I had just bought a laptop in 96 and this was all over the dial up internet. It Took me forever to download but god it was worth it. I played this clip nonstop and then bought the first reunion tickets of 96 and sat 2nd row middle in Dallas Reunion Arena. I caught Ace's pick and my wife caught Gene's. Had a brief encounter when Simmons was cutting up with our group after Paul launched his shirt right at us. 20 people dogpiled one poor guy but he stuck the shirt down his pants. He stayed with our group till end of show....One of the most memorable shows I'll always remember. It was truly spectacular to say the least...Great memory

I was there….and it was MAGIC. I never got to see them with makeup in the 70’s as a kid. This reunion tour would be so meaningful in more ways than one. It led me to being in a KISS tribute band, and what would follow changed my life forever. Thank you, KISS!!!

I was at the concert of the reunion tour i Stockholm Sweden.
They played at Stockholm Stadium, an outdoor concert. The stadium was sold out two days in a row, and they came back to do it again six months later. It was great to see the original members together again, with an "in-your-face" setlist. Good times :)

My favourite Kiss video . I was at home late at night and it came on and slipped the old VHS tape in and got it and watched it over and over as the tour was coming down under the next year. Never have had and experience like this when they toured and still remember clearly . The Second Coming indeed .

Man what a special time before the internet and reunion tours being no big deal. This was arguably the biggest reunion tour ever at the time and the original 4 hadn’t played together in almost 20 years. Ace and Peter were not always reliable later on but this show just explodes with anticipation, energy, and skill. It wasn’t made to last but for this moment in time they had tiger stadium in the palm of their hand.
Saw them a few years ago, with some of the current members, and saw them a few times over the years with other members(I loved Bruce...). All sounded great. But nothing sounds exactly like KISS except these four guys.
