    yaaaass! I shaved mine! If you stare at my edges to long they will break off! I'm rocking my shaved bald edges, but on the contrary I will cut, shave, snip my hair in an instant. My motto, "It's Just Hair, " it shall grow back. I was natural for 6 yrs, woke up and wanted a perm and wanted a tappered cut. I did that!

    Thank you for sharing your results. I have been contemplating for a couples weeks if I should shave my edges. I knew that other places we shave seem to grow back thicker and denser, so I wondered if i would have the same results with my edges. I Googled to see if anyone had tried it and your video came up. Damn I wish I could get my two spots to grow like that!! I actually got my hair cut into a low fade with the sides shaved because that was the thinnest part of my hair. It's just, when it grew back, the putter parts of my edges grew in full but it's still this one spot on both sides that stays pretty thin. It's not extremely noticeable though so I deal with it

    Like I mentioned before I have a friend that shaves her edges and it does grow back. I think the problem is your not keeping. It will grow then fall back out. Stress is the biggest problem mental and to much tension and friction on a sensitive area. You may want to try Vicks vapor rub. When I use it I premix it with conditioner then put it on. Sometimes we start off with good practises and when we get results we stop. We have to keep up with it.

    • @latoyaandrews7003
      @latoyaandrews7003 8 років тому

      also. When you wear you hair like you have it in this video. You might want to try a down the middle part that will lessen the tension on the edges and your healthy hair will keep your edges tame without to much product or stress.

    • @latoyaandrews7003
      @latoyaandrews7003 8 років тому

      +Trish Easter I don't use leave in conditioner on my hair. I don't like how it feels on my hair.I use regular conditioner but you can. No I don't wash it out. Try using Once or twice a week. I wouldn't use the couple days before a wash it might get in eyes. I mix it becuase its easier to apply and less manipulation you don't have to use 2-3 things 2-3 times. You dont have to rub the heck out your head.Vick stimulates and protects hair.the ingredients keeps pores open.

      Yep! so yours is growing well. Some people they have alopecia but still hair will grow. But take good care of it, like you take care of yourself self. Eat healthy so that when if comes out of the scalp it's healthy. It starts with the inside. Then protect the outside

    I see your hair is always straight. Putting heat on our hair can cause a lot of breakage also washing your hair a lot will not make your hair grow . Dirty hair actually grows back faster. I'll say wash once a month and no heat until your hair is thick at least

    • @protectwhatisyours
