I agree, plus it's a fun gun to use when messing with the glaive exclusive mods that buff your secondaries

You didn't wait long enough for it to process up to HD, welcome to youtube where after you publish.. You must wait an additional 30-50 mins for HD to process. Just give it a half hour or so. It's why i just let them sit on the publish screen until I see "Processed up to HD" or whatever it says exactly
I've had that issue too where it sometimes takes UA-cam another 20 or so minutes to give me more than 360p even after the HD quality is supposedly finished uploading

This is one of the only shotguns that you can run merciless on, it's so easy to get headshots when you aim down sights
Another funny, weapon story: I ran a few shotgun rivens and ended up getting Phage over and over again; After the third riven almost in a row I said screw it and decided to put a full build into Phage just outta spite. Then it turned out to be surprisingly good and I was very, pleasantly surprised... Tho it didn't end up becoming a weapon I stuck with I just don't care much for the various beam-shotguns...
I appreciate it when it shows up in The Circuit, though. :P
May give this a try, but the back of mind keeps saying to hold off on Infested weapons because we know Infested liches are coming probably this year.
If you threw on arcane avenger the hunter munitions build would feel a lot better. THAT BEING SAID, I love the triple element build so much more, it’s so much more fun and unique. Love these videos ❤️
If you haven't done it already, can you take a look at quellor? I am currently fiddling with it and I love it's dynamic with it's secondary shot.
First off, please stop destroying the riven disposition on my favorite weapons :-P 2nd Shotgun Vendetta is amazing along with a focus on heat and faction mods. I've been running the Phage since its release ^_^
If you going to choose "give it a shot" then you can make just one thumbnail where Inaros pointing a gun (mighty seer maybe) at a subject of a video and then just change picture of a subject. Because you are reviewing not only guns, melee too. So phrase "give it a shot" will always work.
My GF loves the infested and the weapon that has impressed me the most so far is the synapse. She does have a CC/CD riven but she is hitting 100K red crit slash procs with a beam weapon. Since it's base damage is corrosive it's really good for a viral/HM setup, I'd be interested to see what you do with it not using a riven
The Phage has always shredded, but it definitely sings under modern conditions. (Also it's SO garbage against Acolytes because of how its damage works and how that interacts with attenuation and capping).
I got a phage riven called phage visido that gimes me roughly 160% cold and 321% damage, is it prudent for me to start a nuking build with it?
I think we are losing a bit the experimental part of this series.
I would have loved to see how giant multishot looked here with Galv Chamber, Vigilante and Shotgun Vendetta.

The phage is arguably better than what the Phantasma could do, BUT that initial rampup with the tentacles being spread reeaaallly turns some people away. I might try it again myself here, seeing as I've been sitting on a riven (will it roll crit? 👀)
Thinking tentacles, how about revisiting vermisplicer? Arcing beam type weapons are not that unique but latching there's only this module and the arch gun larkspur
I have nearly the exact same build for mine, but I did incendiary coat instead of blaze with deadhead, and the heat stacking capabilities with the focused beam IS INSANE
It’s a good gun, but tentacles are a too short for my liking and i’m so used to thickness of aoe rocket launchers, I don’t really find enjoyable to bang one target at a time with my gun.

I sold my Phage a long time ago because it has maximum controller vibration any time it's firing, and then for about 5 seconds after you stop firing. It made my hands feel queasy after a mission or two.
Since both Viral and Corrosive have caps towards their status, would replacing Vigilante Armaments with a 90% elemental lead to more heat procs?

I would remove Vigilante Armaments for Hunter Munitions in the first build, so you have a mix of raw damage and nasty bleeds
The Faj is still the second strongest shotgun in the game without incarnon or lich thanks to hee haw riven disposition and corrosive + viral + heat. It's basically a hentai lightsaber
I was just using the phage last night realizing how much it shreds armored enemies 😭😭 granted my build has low investment in it but it still puts in work for the time being

I love this gun so much, its so much fun, and another infested weapon I think would be rad with an incarnon or lich variant too. It is just so much fun.

Phage was always decent and then when they fixed the beam stuff long ago it just started melting everything and now with all the new stuff it's a warcrime
If Infested Liched become a thing, I hope we get a Phage variant. Either that or an Incanaron adapter.

This gun, man. This gun right here. It's currently my favorite primary in the game, especially for Steel Path. I run it with Nezha and his Divine Spears augment to status-bomb whole rooms. Certified great time 👌

I got the phage once in the circuit, that was a good run. I'd love to see a convectrix video at some point, it's a similar weapon but with a fun augment added to the mix.

I remember back in the day when Blast would knock enemies prone, the fun go-to way many people built this was to mod it for blast then just run around knocking enemies down to finish off with melee. Slap onto a Mirage and you'd be your own one-man tentacle hentai.
If this gets a Lich version, then I can see people getting this with Innate Impact to relive those days. Its just a shame that Internal Bleeding is rifles only, otherwise an Impact-Lich version would be stupid strong.
i honestly forgot this gun was in the game.
One of my fav weapons. with the upcoming changes to cold damage, i expect a coro-cold build to be excellent,
I like to use arcane frostbite and shiver on the phage cold is really nice, it gives a sense of crowd control with coro its scary good
Coro-Heat is still somewhat the best option
damage potential goes up like crazy when you add more heat weight, still one of my most effective guns after all these years.

This weapon relies heavily on status via viral + corrosive, so when running it on stee path, you absolutely need something else for enemies resistant to it. A nice heavy attack-focused melee build fits well
I love how infested and sentient tech is all like a living organism. Not just the weapons but the like syadanas, even armor. There's one sentient sugatra that's also even a living organism. Adds so much personality in terms of the weapons though.
My very first riven is a Phage riven. It's been there since 2017. I still occasionally use Phage because it shreds through SP with Corro, Viral, Heat build

the phage is really fun on zephyr with the crit bonus from being in the air, that makes hunter munitions a lot more consistent

And primed point blank is the same as a normal serration. For some reason shotguns get much shittier mods than rifles and pistols. Also it would be nice if shotguns also had their own version of Internal Bleeding
