Great to see you're covering the HX Stomp as many of us use it, I recommend using an extra MIDI controller to add the extra looper functions for reverse and half speed, they're available on the Stomp too, I use the M-Vave chocolate MIDI controller which is really cheap and small and allows for extra expression pedals too
Super! Nice hack. My problem with the looper block is that you cant sync it neither to external midi clock, neither to its internal Tap tempo Bar length, making it unusable playing in a context with Drummachines and synths. i like to put a couple of delays 100%wet in a parallel path, set to 1Bar length, followed by a couple of pitch glitch reverse effects, mimicing even beating microcosm stuff ala mosaic. its sad that the looper block doesnt sync to that. have to use an external looper with midi. Its a topic in L& forum, while they bring out great new updates and effects, they seem not to be able to fix this small but important lack. Do you know a work around and can confirm this? i´m having fun with the tc flashback delay2 using the 2290 and esp. the reverse delays delaya as loopers. they have 7sec max delay time. and the feedback knob as feedback when you change and shorten the delaytime or quarter/eigth note switch while loop is playing it glitches the content niceley up. then you can play short loops over another and go back to adding 7 secs. cheerrs!
Also powerful with the 1 switch looper is the command center, as it allows to assign other looper stuff to the switches like reverse and half speed!!
