    I don't know about others but I used 12lbs ON mass gainer only one packet in my life time. It helps me a lot in gaining weight. With in 2 months my weight increased by 15 kg. Although it was 7 year ago. But bhuk bhot lagati h mass gainer lene ke baad. Din me 7-8 baar khana kha jata tha. 😂

    One thing i like about this channel Akshay sir comes spreads knowledge & goes onto next topic peroid. No statements ever used in any video "guys , folks before i share something please like the channel & click the bell icon , ghanta dabado aur like aur subscribe karlo , apko discount milega , mera coupon use karlo & any other bullshit like that. Because he does not do all these things he has less subscribers than any other so called fitness youtubers coz most of we indians want that magic tricks to get results which actually dont exist. I personally unsubscribed every other youtuber when for the very first time i watched his video on u cannot only increase your bicep size , in which he used some lines. "most of u have come here by seeing the thumbnail & that magic trick or exercise to grow ur biceps but i am sorry all this dosen't exist" "u can never outgrow ur biceps" and when he used the statement "agar apki puri body charlie chaplin ki tarah hai to aap apne bicep arnold ki tarah nahi kar sakte" & thats when i believed man this guy is for real.

    Super Like, similar thoughts I had almost 20 years ago.. if I have to gain weight eat more roti, chawal, aalo, kele and use protien as supplement, and even when eat eggs and nonveg that day we can skip supplement form. Although I did it to save money but it worked.

    Sir possible ho to ek video bnao jisme whey protein mai kitne fillers hai or kitna actual protein hai ye aam log pta kr ske metlab hum 80-90% whey likha dekhte hai pack pr or dekh ke kharidte hai but usme actual content kafiyo mai bas 30-40% protien hi hota hai usme wo fillers wegerah pta nhi kya kya bherke amino spiking krte hai or nitrogen content bheda dete hai jiss se test ke time result jyada aata hai but actual mai km hota hai.
    Please please ispe video bnao kafi logo ki help ho jayegi.

    I won't call it useless but you can definitely get those macros mentioned in their label for a lot less price with food items at your home. The amount of protein is never higher than 50-60 gm in all of those higher servings mentioned for the whole day. Their serving size is insane making them last just in a week or two. That means if your whey protein powder is lasting for a month your weight gainer jar you will have to buy two or more resulting in your spending way more money than a whey Protein Powder. Jinke paas zada paisa hai time nahi hai khana khane ka sirf unke liye sense banta hai. Banana, potatoes, oats, rice, roti. Pachasiyo cheezein hain ghar pe which will be a lot cheaper for you. Maltodextrin is actually a primary ingredient in carbohydrate supplements (yes there are carb blends/only carb supplements in the market too)

I was sort of supporting what you're saying but I was trying to point out they are not actually cheep when you consider how much they ask you to consume it resulting in it being finished in just a week meaning you end up spending 4 times more in the whole month so they end up being way more expensive than what you could have managed from carb sources from the food available at your home instead.

    I agree sir, I'm one of those who are very thin from the begining now i have taken one of those weight gainers for whole year 9 kg to be exect but it didn't do a thing and I'm still the same weight which i have started from and my conclusion was same as yours
    Now my question to you is , Is there more efficient way to gain weight or it's just the traditional way ?

    The main problem in India is that the So called Professional bodybuilders in our country are promoting these kind of supplements which are useless and young guys always buy these crap supplements (mass gainers, bcaa, etc) just because bodybuilders use them.
