Imagine if you could go back in time and tell the old mark where you’d be today! Way to go boss man

Old mark would have said "fuck you and your elbow" then continue to bench regardless lol

I want Chris Hinshaw to be behind me counting like he did for Mark during my runs (maybe there is a Hinshaw voice app for that), as well as coach me to be a better runner overall.

I'm gonna start doing this. Minus the running in between.

Haha then you missed the whole point!
The run between was literally the most important part!

i would like to see more exploring on messing around dribbling and shooting with something like a soccer or basketball works with this aerobic capacity stuff. Tracking my heartrate and comparing with RPE I am seeing that the ways I like to just mess around with cones and a ball and net keep me naturally right in those zones the youtube guys tell me I need to be in and I am having so much more fun doing it than using a bike or machine or even worse trying to road run slow. When you want to train harder and go in higher zones you just try and do the drills with game like intensity. Hearing Chris talk about the agility and balance work with this I am kinda doing that having a blast dribbling and shooting while staying all in that 135-168 hr and I get that max push from playing games and pickup. idk what i am missing here totally unqualified but this was the most enjoyable way i worked on building my base back up after getting covid

Why do people wear beanies inside when working out? It's ironic that in the quest to look cool, you look entirely uncool.

Might sweat from his head a lot? Same reason some people wear armbands, sweatbands etc. I wear a tshirt over my rashguard just so I can wipe my forehead.
