    what do you give and tell your patients to do during the "very painful" stage ? I am in that stage now

    To my understanding when calcium enters the body it doesn't know where to go so this is how it ends up in areas it doesn't belong. Taking the vitamins K2 & D3 reduces this effect.

    do you know why people get this calcification? also have you done lavage on patients? ive been told it has a high success rate....thank u

    What is considered to be a "large" deposit? Is 5/13/15 mm considered large or small?

      I have read somewhere that anything above 15 mm is considered big. I have 35 mm in my left, and 25 mm in my right tendon....the right is the one that is inflammated now, giving me extreme pain.

      @@szaniszlobalazs In my case, 1 year later, it still pains me when moving in specific positions but it's getting better. (kind of lost hope to ever be pain free though...)
      Doing lots of shoulder mobility/strengthening work (shoulder rotations with a band) helped a lot.
