I don't have a business account and have never advertised a business on facebook. There is no options available that you described on your tutorial for me on my page. But yet it is showing a restriction on my account since May 2022. I don't know if my account was hacked the reason I'm getting this restriction but it is odd. My name is generic and the other information aligns to me, so I do not know. Sorry for the late reply, go to business.facebook.com and then go to the "help" section. This will get you to a few prompts that will lead you to message the customer service reps via messenger. Have you tried that?

I was attempting the two step authorization process. I had selected "admins on" on the pulldown menu at "Two-Factor Authentication". Once I did that in received an error message that said "Sorry, something went wrong we are fixing this as soon as we can". And now I can't get back into Facebook. any advice?

Hi Lazar. I have been having issues with my page being temporarily blocked from performing an action. That action is setting up an event. Your screen does not look like mine. I got email back saying it was restricted incorrectly and restriction hae been lifted...BUT it's still restricted??

I know what happened. I posted too much information about Covid they deem as fake news.
