Almost all of my hero builds have changed with the help of strongwill and his community, and strongly suggest to check him out if ur more into the nerdy side of mlbb and explore more into finding the BEST builds for your heroes. My gameplays with most of the heroes that I’ve updated my build accordingly really improved! He really deserves more credit for what he does :3

This is the closest build to mine, also the emblem. I was not expecting Hunter strike though. But based on my experience, it should work. Ixia has so much burst in the early game so buying Hunter strike first should be effective. Trinity force also makes sense because you would be spamming her skills. Her ult's cd is too long so this really makes sense. Dont buy malefic roar because of the adjustments. Almost no one buys armor anymore you wont get the most out of it. Buy BOD instead unless 3 of the enemy buys armor. This video has the most sense then next is fwydchicken

The best thing you need to win with IXIA is to HAVE A DECENT TEAMMATES.. even your the best in the world if you have autolock mm, auto jungler that can't use retri good, a mage that stay in mid, a roamer that continue feeding and say "its ok to die im a roamer, a duo with angela that only use ulti with his duo and the best part a team mate that don't have map and blame you when he die. Most of all a player that TT from picking till the end of the game.
Both true damage items shines more if you buy some items first because of the % scaling, and the PEN and the speed buff HS gives is what she needs to finish escaping enemies
Without dash and utility skills like shield/vision/purify she's a very vulnerable target esp in high ranks. And again, sustain on a mm doesn't work as we've seen with the old hanabi.
Ok so here's my Tips for Ixia you can use 1st skill on bushes and if you speed up you hit an enemy and her passive + Stun make up for the sheild cause she can sustain very well she has very good hp imo

In hindsight, lifesteal (LS) is good because you can stay longer in a fight, and trade pokes in 1v1. But as a MM you want to stay healthy and avoid taking dmg.

Still very mid, her lack of mobility really hurts her, Lots of heroes can counter her like Joy, Joy can easily kill her when invading enemy backlines in teamfights. Her dmg isn't even that good compared to other marksmen. Can only recommend using her in maybe 5man but even then there are better options. She needs a pretty big buff in my opinion if she even wants to enter meta.
I think a good buff they could give her is speed up all her animations a bit, either that or give her even more movespeed after hitting her first skill, but i don't know if that'll even be enough
I chose burst build to Ixia. I kinda use her ultimate like RWM. The only problem is the slow effect gained from heptaseas and thunderbelt only hit one hero inside her ult.
Reason why Trinity wasn’t that good is because golden staff doesn’t do much for her, i have tried to stagger the passive hits, but it doesn’t do much extra healing with all the extra effort used to stagger the golden staff passive with ixias passive. I kind of build her crit with dhs and then two tank items since her base dmg with the items are quite high. And in classic i keep wining against other ixias whatever emblem they use early or late, unless i am behind somehow, and in rank I don’t usually lose in lane unless i screwed up, I haven’t seen any meta mm though, why? I don’t know why, the server i play in has a lot of Miya and Claude currently for some reason. So i would say Ixia is quite balanced, don’t know why its banned as much.
My favorite build for Ixia so far. Main/core item = _Corrosion + Golden Staff + Demon Hunter + 1 Penetration items (depend on the enemy heroes variety during the match but lm usualy using Melefic so far) Emblem = MM Full Aspd We can buy either BoD for a higher damage or _Sea Halberd_ as the 6th or last item when we have to deal with a heroes those have a high HP n Shield regen, including when our opponent have a decent healer such as Estes in their team. Im not really fond to use any of defend items for Ixia tbh, which make me sometime chose to sell my boots and buy a Windtalker when the battle is taking to much of time to finish later on. Sacrificing -20 movement speed to gain an additional 50% Aspd is way more usefull imo.
The FIRST TIME I used her, with this atk speed recommended builds, I felt something was off, you can clearly see that this is not her playstyle, with only one match! Than I tried using beatrix's and brody's base build and it worked so much better, It is notable
If crybabies found out about that "secret" they will find ways to convince Moonton to nerf Ixia since the build and emblem set for her is now discovered.
Honestly I would rather go with Pull Yourself Together instead of Tenacity. Sure, it makes you a little more squishy in the early game, but the advantage Tenacity provides in the late game is tiny compared to -18 sec on your Flicker. And it also helps you in the early game anyway because you have faster Flicker CD.

Tenacity is way too op. You can easily win your lane with that additional defense. Can mostly survive burst attacks in early to mid. Once u get fed you'll realize how helpful tenacity was in Laning phase. Also with ixia tenacity combined with her passive heal gives u soo much survivability
Nah sorry i tried with all the assassins that got buffed recently and get to you in a sec she's death before she can do the third basic attack what works for me tho is corrosion scythe, magic shoes,golden staff,BoD,wind of nature,and malefic roar nice attack speed and nice damage too you should try it
im not an marksman user before, but when i buy ixia and i try it once..i really like her skill and ultimate..thats why now i always use her in q rank mode,and thas i always get savage and maniac 😅😅😅
Actually if she has enough targets in her ult, Belerick with vengeance and blade armor cant damage her. I was that belerick. Still won cause the later engagements cause i instructed my teammates on positioning in that specific case. I'd just conceal and 2 my teammates would go for the back and i'd go to the front. She stood no chance.
Say can any lolita player confirm this because i remembered going against ixia thinking ixia almost counter her because ixia basic attack go random when attacking Lolita's shield but when she ult that player didn't realize the Minions leaving her ult hitting the shield i don't remember anything else and yes that player WAS using attack speed so u can imagine what it looks like since ixia skills can go though lolita shield if i remember correctly
How to improve Ixia.. whenever she ults, she can dash on the same ult botton similar to Odette but longer range.. that way one can tiktok with the dash and flicker
Personnally I just use Wanwan build on her with quantum charge and tenacity if i see to much burst heroes un just take the tank emblème to be sure to survive enough to get my items.With the slow,the crit,and movespeed it feels really good and i deal big dmg while having good mobility and since my aa are fast they don't slow me too in late i change boots for windtalker or brute force.
i tested this build , literally lower damage than this build -> magic resistance boots , corrosive scythe , sea healbeard (80 physical attack same as hunter strike plus 8% more damage passive and 25% attack speed and ofc it's main thing reducing lifesteal and shields, most underrated item for ixia) , bod ( ofc due to her passive which increases her damage and heal both , also combines with sea healbeard 8% passive ) , next u can take any two items but personally i buy windchant and malefic roar or magic defense if enemy has high magic attackers , i swap bod and malefic roar based on enemies physical defence and tanky players , if enemy squishy like mage mm assasins then bod best since they don't usually buy physical defence , u can also buy demon hunter sword but personally i think sea healbeard better since ixia don't have lifesteal and physical attack also lower jn demon hunter plus she don't really have that much of attack speed to properly use demon hunter sword but ya if enemy mostly tanky then you can use it i guess. Alright results of dps test- i tried strongwill support emblem build vs assasin emblem - 1.Heal: assasin emblem had more heal than support emblem , support emblem Passive doesn't works for ixia i guess support heal- 21 at lvl 1 assasin heal - 25 at lvl 1 2. damage : assasin emblem wins ofc no comparison now let's talk about build dps--- the above build - boots , hunter strike , endless battle , corrosive scythe , windchant , malefic roar - 2400-2500 dps my build - boots , corrosive scythe, sea healbeard , bod , windchant, malefic roar - 3000- 3100 dps now again this test is mostly on attack build and in custom match , in real match ofc you would buy defense item and won't be able to attack enemy continuously for 1 min and there are other factors also. But seeing how the damage was this significant 600 damage difference in dps her ulti is more op from my build especially in late game, she deletes squishy enemies at full health and near dead state to mid hp enemies . She needs more damage for her ulti to cause most damage in those 4 sec, hunter strike penetration is useless in late game since enemy have physical defence , which leaves us with it's 10% cd and mov speed passive and 80 physical attack ( again she needs to attack 5 times to trigger it's passive which can be kinda tough sometimes , it's passive also useless during her ulti) so again sea healbeard is better choice especially in late game ( 80 physical attack , 25% attack speed which is great for ixia , reducing lifesteal and shield of enemy mm and supports , and 8% more damage to all enemies having extra hp which usually everyone have by late game since they buy immortality etc) Also mlbb is such a fast paced game where you're dead in 4-5 sec if enemy got assasins or gank you in gang so that cd build won't work if you're dead in 4-5 secs nor it would work during her 4 sec ulti where she needs as much damage as possible to finish off the enemies. Cd build is great for poking in early game or if you're only using her basic attack + skills combo , some would argue that she can spam her ulti faster but my point is you only need a good timing for your ulti and highest damage possible to kill your enemies in one shot with some frontliner supporting you in keeping enemies at bay or group fighting , if you keep spamming ulti in 25 secs with 40% cd , firstly enemy isn't stupid to stay under your ulti and they will start marking you more when u use ulti and is venerable or second you won't be able to finish your enemies with lower damage unless you have a good team which most of the time you don't have in solo queue. So i think cd build would work when you have a good team to support like these high rankers players all have and all the names he told above in video , but in solo queue where you need to carry nuubs cd build won't work properly , don't expect support from random nuubs. I mostly play solo and have been playing solo since this game starting so i know all about the toxic environment there.
Also another worst disadvantage of this build it's like the worst one especially in solo queue: TURRET PUSH:- since cd build doesn't helps at all with turret push , you got low low attack speed , low physical attack , no passive also for turret , basically this is the worst build possible for ixia for turret pushing, she needs that attack speed or higher physical damage to finish turret fast. Your negative pen fron hunter strike etc all useless against turret . So if you don't have a good team rip coz now u can't even push turret fast enough.
She is really good tbh, the worst ixia players hide in the bushes and ambush,, but I play with characters like mage bane, penetrate nana and jungler/tank belerick so she is no problem for me to stop. Still I wanna try her tho.
Ixia is my main and can tell you this his right on track spells are inspired, flicker and purif don't ask why inspired trust me every mm player in the early doesn't want to 1 v1 even a melissa or moskove

12:10 technically wrong because corrosion scythe gives 35% ATK Speed while Windtalker gives a whooping 40% ATK Speed. 5% can make a huge difference in the game.
Ppl say iXIA is weak simply bc she doesn't hv dash skill. There are lots of noobs who doesnt even know the definition of MM. The good MARKSMAN player should know the qrt of positioning first. For me she is fqr better fighter than any other MM right now.

Some hero are best counter for her. All weak hero in late game can kill without worry but ixia is weak. Even layla can carry if got batter support. Desh is the main counter for hee

I think taking “endless battle” instead of hunter strike first will be more beneficial in early game
just get the smaller item "azure blade" for 50 extra true damage everytime you use a skill, then buy the pen item

You should do a video with Support emblem Ixia for max regen.

Tenacity still better..if mm uses flicker too much... Then that is just skill issue.

Say can any lolita player confirm this because i remembered going against ixia thinking ixia almost counter her because ixia basic attack go random when attacking Lolita's shield but when she ult that player didn't realize the Minions leaving her ult hitting the shield i don't remember anything else and yes that player WAS using attack speed so u can imagine what it looks like since ixia skills can go though lolita shield if i remember correctly

How to improve Ixia.. whenever she ults, she can dash on the same ult botton similar to Odette but longer range.. that way one can tiktok with the dash and flicker
Personnally I just use Wanwan build on her with quantum charge and tenacity if i see to much burst heroes un just take the tank emblème to be sure to survive enough to get my items.With the slow,the crit,and movespeed it feels really good and i deal big dmg while having good mobility and since my aa are fast they don't slow me too in late i change boots for windtalker or brute force.
i tested this build , literally lower damage than this build -> magic resistance boots , corrosive scythe , sea healbeard (80 physical attack same as hunter strike plus 8% more damage passive and 25% attack speed and ofc it's main thing reducing lifesteal and shields, most underrated item for ixia) , bod ( ofc due to her passive which increases her damage and heal both , also combines with sea healbeard 8% passive ) , next u can take any two items but personally i buy windchant and malefic roar or magic defense if enemy has high magic attackers , i swap bod and malefic roar based on enemies physical defence and tanky players , if enemy squishy like mage mm assasins then bod best since they don't usually buy physical defence , u can also buy demon hunter sword but personally i think sea healbeard better since ixia don't have lifesteal and physical attack also lower jn demon hunter plus she don't really have that much of attack speed to properly use demon hunter sword but ya if enemy mostly tanky then you can use it i guess.
Alright results of dps test-
i tried strongwill support emblem build vs assasin emblem -
1.Heal: assasin emblem had more heal than support emblem , support emblem Passive doesn't works for ixia i guess
support heal- 21 at lvl 1
assasin heal - 25 at lvl 1
2. damage : assasin emblem wins ofc no comparison
now let's talk about build dps---
the above build - boots , hunter strike , endless battle , corrosive scythe , windchant , malefic roar - 2400-2500 dps
my build - boots , corrosive scythe, sea healbeard , bod , windchant, malefic roar
- 3000- 3100 dps
now again this test is mostly on attack build and in custom match , in real match ofc you would buy defense item and won't be able to attack enemy continuously for 1 min and there are other factors also.
But seeing how the damage was this significant 600 damage difference in dps her ulti is more op from my build especially in late game, she deletes squishy enemies at full health and near dead state to mid hp enemies . She needs more damage for her ulti to cause most damage in those 4 sec, hunter strike penetration is useless in late game since enemy have physical defence , which leaves us with it's 10% cd and mov speed passive and 80 physical attack ( again she needs to attack 5 times to trigger it's passive which can be kinda tough sometimes , it's passive also useless during her ulti)
so again sea healbeard is better choice especially in late game ( 80 physical attack , 25% attack speed which is great for ixia , reducing lifesteal and shield of enemy mm and supports , and 8% more damage to all enemies having extra hp which usually everyone have by late game since they buy immortality etc)
Also mlbb is such a fast paced game where you're dead in 4-5 sec if enemy got assasins or gank you in gang so that cd build won't work if you're dead in 4-5 secs nor it would work during her 4 sec ulti where she needs as much damage as possible to finish off the enemies. Cd build is great for poking in early game or if you're only using her basic attack + skills combo , some would argue that she can spam her ulti faster but my point is you only need a good timing for your ulti and highest damage possible to kill your enemies in one shot with some frontliner supporting you in keeping enemies at bay or group fighting , if you keep spamming ulti in 25 secs with 40% cd , firstly enemy isn't stupid to stay under your ulti and they will start marking you more when u use ulti and is venerable or second you won't be able to finish your enemies with lower damage unless you have a good team which most of the time you don't have in solo queue.
So i think cd build would work when you have a good team to support like these high rankers players all have and all the names he told above in video , but in solo queue where you need to carry nuubs cd build won't work properly , don't expect support from random nuubs. I mostly play solo and have been playing solo since this game starting so i know all about the toxic environment there.
Also another worst disadvantage of this build it's like the worst one especially in solo queue:
TURRET PUSH:- since cd build doesn't helps at all with turret push , you got low low attack speed , low physical attack , no passive also for turret , basically this is the worst build possible for ixia for turret pushing, she needs that attack speed or higher physical damage to finish turret fast. Your negative pen fron hunter strike etc all useless against turret . So if you don't have a good team rip coz now u can't even push turret fast enough.

She is really good tbh, the worst ixia players hide in the bushes and ambush,, but I play with characters like mage bane, penetrate nana and jungler/tank belerick so she is no problem for me to stop. Still I wanna try her tho.

12:10 technically wrong because corrosion scythe gives 35% ATK Speed while Windtalker gives a whooping 40% ATK Speed.
5% can make a huge difference in the game.
Corrosion passive gives extra attack speed when you stack it up so it does have more attack speed than wind

Addon after finishing the video: Did you like miss out corrosion after hunter strike? Because you when on to endless battle after hunter strike, recommending a swap to Demon Hunter Sword for tanky opponents after corrosion scythe. Then move on to saying the build path should be hunter strike > corrosion scythe > demon hunter/endless battle... I kind of got messed up over there

How does lifesteal affects her passive according to the description?
Some hero are best counter for her. All weak hero in late game can kill without worry but ixia is weak. Even layla can carry if got batter support. Desh is the main counter for hee
