This is a really good exercise. My judo instructor calls this exercise “around the clock”. I practice this 10 times a day on my BJJ dummy for muscle memory.

Entangled the legs is called "half guard" in BJJ. Has a name in judo?

To the best of my knowledge no it doesn't.
It is used alot in judo though as it breaks the pin "Toketa"
For example uke has tori in kesa gatame. The referee will shout "Osae komi" making visible hand signal also for the table judge indicating the start of a pin causing the timer to start (in judo, you can win by pin for a set time, as well as arm submission). If tori then managed to get a leg over uke's leg (entangled like half guard) the referee would then shoutt "toketa" again making a corresponding hand signal meaning pin broken.
      Make sense?
